We booked the BGC to take us from Warrington to Manchester (Take That concert).
Booking it was very easy and communication before the event was excellent.
On the day there was a delay in coach arrival. We did get notification after another passenger contacted BGC.
The driver (didn’t catch his name) was excellent.
Due to heavy traffic the journey took longer than expected but, the driver kept us updated on ETA.
Using BGC took the stress out of getting to & from the concert. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was great! Travelled back with BGC from Harry Styles London —> Manchester. Contacted customer service part way through the concert needing information on where to get picked up from and received an answer before the concert was over! Very helpful and friendly thank you!

We had trouble with our e tickets for a concert/ travel. I emailed big green coach and was blown away by there total professional approach to my worries. Thank you for all of your help very much appreciated 👍👍👍

Went to the Gorillaz concert in Tottenham, and from the very beginning things were badly organised. The coach drivers didn’t seem to know how many people were travelling or even how many coaches had been arranged.

We ended up on the second coach, which could barely move because it kept overheating. Once the concert had finished, the coach was still being worked on and had to sit on the coach which stank of fuel. So we got off again we were told the coach had been deemed unfit to continue even though they had from 16:00 to organise something else

We were then informed that two replacement coaches had been arranged, but they never arrived. While we were waiting, another group (I believe heading to Birmingham) was also left behind.

We kept being told that coaches were on their way, but after people started complaining to the representative who was there, a few taxis eventually arrived instead. After that, we were told another coach would be coming for the remaining nine of us. Again, this never happened, and eventually another batch of taxis arrived.

We finally got back to Swindon at 02:30 via a minibus taxi.

Overall, it was a nightmare. Some travellers genuinely didn’t feel safe, and it showed. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again. Their business image and planning appear nothing like the reality of the service they actually provide.

Please do not send young teenagers or vulnerable people with this service. If the taxi situation was different I’m unsure by the response at the time if they would of helped any further.

I got in at 5.30am after going all the way to London and back. I sent my son down with my disabled daughter to see gorillaz last night. No one checked thier tickets other than to make sure they were going there. I then had a call to say the coach had left. 11.25pm the call was to say they'd been left behind as well as many others. They had only been to collect thier bags on way out of the stadium. My daughter has special needs so I am glad she never went alone. MIND YOU AFTER BEING LEFT ALONE I WOULD NEVER SEND A GIRL ON THIS COACH DUE TO LACK OF SAFEGUARDING. I am now out of pocket 98£ for both to get to and from Birmingham. I also had to get someone to take me to London. Ulez needs paying fuel needs paying. Stay away from this company they just dump and run

Just wanted to share my thank you for our trip from Cardiff to Wembley for Harry Styles on Wednesday 17th June.
I've never booked a trip with your company before so was unsure of what to expect.

In short, the trip was amazing, credit to your driver's who both made our trip the best it possibly could be. They seemed to genuinely love their jobs and cared about the passengers welfare.

I will absolutely be recommending and booking your company in the future.

The coach broke down. The replacement coach had no working air conditioning or air flow in 30 degree heat which made the journey quite miserable.

The first time using the big green coach and I must say I was so impressed with it. It dropped us on time and picked us up on time at wembley stadium. The drivers were lovely, made sure everyone was on and was one of the easiest journeys. I would recommend and I would book again for sure!

We used this company for the first time for the Boyzone concert at the Emirates Stadium Saturday 6th June. I have to say that I was a little nervous due to not using them before but I was honestly so surprised with the service. We was picked up at Derby bus station at 12.15pm and dropped right outside the Emirates stadium. We listened to Boyzone and other great tunes on the journey there, atmosphere was great and the drivers/host were so lovely and quite funny. I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone based on my experience. Thank you!

I had issues with transport shuttles within download festival on 15/6/26 and the staff at the transport hub for big green coach were amazing!!

Jack especially personally helped me with organising subsequent travel/ offered great customer service and a refund, as I would also have to get the train for the closest coach stop due to complications.

Lovely staff, good weather and even with this issue they solved it happily! My partner and myself are beyond impressed. Thank you!!! Enjoy your pancake 🤪

Excellent customer service from Big Green Coach. I needed to update my booking details after getting married and Naomi responded incredibly quickly, even late at night, and sorted everything out straight away.

Every interaction I've had with the team has been friendly, helpful and efficient. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

As someone who understands the importance of supporting small businesses, I always try to recommend Big Green Coach to others and will continue to do so.

This is. By far. The absolute worst coach experience I’ve ever had.

Currently I’m on the coach to Download festival, big green coach are an official sponsor and are heavily endorsed by download and multiple other major music festivals in the UK. We were meant to arrive an hour ago, and we are still 3/4 hours away from the festival, on one of the most stressful journeys I’ve ever taken, due to the negligence of the company, and the ignorance of our driver.

The bus was due to arrive at Glasgow to take us to download fest at 6AM. So considering this I woke up early and got an uber to the bus station, at this point, everyone got a message saying that the bus had been delayed by an hour and a half, no further details were given other than a half baked apology. By the time an hour and a half had passed we received a second text message telling us the bus was delayed again by atleast another hour.

It then rolled around to 9AM before our bus finally arrived, and it was estimated we’d make it around 2/3PM. This was before our driver decided to take an hour long break after one hour of driving. cut away from a small jam on the motorway to take a sketchy, dangerous backroad advising against motorway vehicles. Passing multiple signs for road works and closures. At the end of this backway to hell, we reached the pretold closed road, at which point we had to turn back and retrace 30 minutes worth of roads never made for a giant coach, trying to find a way back to the motorway.

As it stands we’re still on the way to download, we’ve missed half the acts of the day, and campgrounds are most likely packed already. We’ve finally made it back to the motorway now. But our ETA is at current 4:30PM, a total five hours after our initial arrival time, and making the total time since arriving to the outbound bus station almost 11 hours. Due to the delays, BGC has issued a refund for the outbound trip to every passenger on board, but I don’t think even that is enough to compensate the hell we’ve been through this morning.

We used your bus company from middlesbrough to stadium of light on Sunderland on Tuesday 9th June. Would just like to say we had excellent service from yourselves. The driver was very friendly but didn't catch his name. It made our journey feel very safe knowing that the bus was waiting for us on our return. Would definitely use this company again

I regrettably booked this company to come home from Radio One BW, at an outrageous cost of £30 for a 11 mile journey.

Buses were no where to be found, when I did find the collection point, buses were an hour late.

Buses for other users to other destinations didn’t even turn up.

I emailed a complaint to which I was fobbed off.

I would AVOID this shambolic company at costs.

We paid £11 each for a 6 mile journey to our concert. We waited for 2.5 hours!!!! Coaches came once every 25 minutes and the queue turned into chaos.

I contacted their customer service and was told twice that they were happy with the service provided and I couldnt get compensation.

RUBBISH - AVOID FOR ANY TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS!!! You're better walking!

This company charged me £28 for a ride to the Radio 1 festival but when we got on the bus nobody asked for the ticket to see i had paid, on the way back it was the same and the majority of people on that bus told me they had not paid for their journey, when I inquired about it to the company and asked for a refund as I felt it was not fair that I had to pay but other people didn't they basically said no refund and they will look into the reason why no one checked, fair enough it is not their fault the staff didn't check but that does not mean it's fair that some people had to pay a lot of money for a 10 minute journey and most people got it for free, disgusting in my opinion.
I would advise being very careful booking with this company.
