If I could put no stars I would. Awful experience from the start. 95 mins late. The coach driver got lost. We then had to walk 10 mins to where he was to get picked up. This was only communicated through someone who was on the coach to her sister who was waiting with us. We were lucky as no one from Big Green Bus communicated with us.
No air con
No working toilet, no running water
Pick up after the show was just as bad. Ticket stated pink car parking and driver confirmed as we got off. Went to get the coach after show and couldn’t find it. I had my 13 year old daughter with me for her first concert ever who is very anxious.
I had to ask for help from a parking attendant who told me the coach was somewhere else as the Big Green Company hadn’t done the paperwork.
Spent 10 mins walking down all sorts of side roads trying to find this coach.
I have an inflammatory arthritis condition which means I cannot stand for long periods or walk for long periods. I chose the coach as I thought it would take that pressure off of walking to trains and tube stations as we would be picked up and dropped off at the stadium.
My back is in agony today.
Definitely won’t be using again.

The level of service from BGC and Diego has been fantastic. My query was resolved within an hour. Amazing service. I called up in a panic but Diego was friendly, reassuring and so efficient. This is my second time using BGC I was really impressed the first time and even more so now!

DO NOT USE!! THEY LEFT TWO YOUNG WOMEN ABANDONED IN LIVERPOOL FOR THE NIGHT! Especially if you have any kind of disability and cannot literally run to catch the coach. They don't properly communicate where they pick up and they straight up ignored my accessibility request and an email to their customer service. The driver was super rude to my wife when she attempted to hold them so I could get on. You do NOT save money when you're left abandoned and have to fork out over £100 because of them! DO NOT USE!!

Travel to and from My Chemical Romance in Liverpool. Danny was amazing, really great communication and made sure everyone who got to the stadium came back on his coach. It was a double decker but for a short journey from Manchester it was comfortable. Would recommend as it takes the stress out of running for a train or paying out the nose for an uber.

I have to say how disgusted I am with this company. We got a coach from Manchester to Lytham festival yesterday everything was fine getting there but coming home the coach driver left us two women on their own in Lytham. He told us where to meet him coming home which is where we went but he never showed up and when he did he didn’t stop for us. We tried to phone the company but were on hold could not get through and then when he had passed us the office was then shut!!

Absolutely disgusted leaving two women on their own in Lytham in the pouring rain at night.

Never use the Big Coach Company again. I booked to go to Take That at the London Stadium last Friday. Our coach broke down at Beaconsfield Services. 30 of us were stranded . We contacted BGC on numerous occasions to be met with no indication of when a replacement coach was coming. We were told to get Ubers but could not guarantee them refunding the £84 fare . Lack of communication and at one point one of the passengers was told to get off the phone as we were not priority and they needed to speak to other people! After four hours in and 35 degrees heat they relented after lying that a coach was on its way, they paid for Ubers ..I got there at 8.30 just as Take That were coming on..I missed the support act including the Script.
The return coach was dirty , it smelt horrible as the toilet wasn't clean and no air conditioning.
The driver refused to talk to us

I would highly recommend the big green coach and I've used them twice now. We used them yesterday from Liverpool to Wembley for Harry Styles and back the same night. Both of the drivers were really friendly and the coach was comfortable and clean. If anyone wants to take the hassle out of travelling these are the people to use! Easy pick ups and great communication. From customer service to the drivers, I will be using them again. Thanks so much 🙏

I have used big green coach twice now and both times have been an amazing experience, the first time was Nottingham to isle of wight festival in 2025 and I absolutely adored our driver, he was cheerful, funny and a complete sweetheart. This year I changed route and went from Victoria London and even then I was impressed, the driver was a absolute gem there and back.
Credit to the drivers who have to drive and collect a bunch of festival goers who are tired and excited, especially in the heat that we had.
I am using big green coach again next year and I cannot wait.

Unfortunately, this was the worst coach journey I’ve ever experienced, and after the company’s response, I won’t be using them again.

We were travelling from Birmingham to Wembley for the Harry Styles concert. Our coach broke down in Warwick, causing a significant delay. The replacement coach then had no working air conditioning during extremely hot weather, and we spent around three hours travelling in temperatures approaching 40°C.

The conditions became so bad that my friend passed out multiple times after we finally arrived and had to be treated by paramedics. They advised she was too unwell to continue to the concert, meaning our day was effectively ruined.

Because of the delays, we were also told the return coach would be leaving later than scheduled due to the drivers needing to complete their mandatory rest period. After what we’d already experienced, we didn’t feel safe risking another long journey in similar conditions, so we had to pay for train tickets home ourselves.

I made a formal complaint requesting a refund. The company refused, stating that mechanical problems are outside their control and that they cannot guarantee coaches will have working air conditioning. They even suggested passengers should bring a hat and a small fan on warm days. We had handheld fans, but they simply circulated the hot air inside the coach. In temperatures approaching 40°C, they made virtually no difference and certainly did not compensate for the lack of working air conditioning. I also don’t know what they think a hat would do in those conditions.
Instead of refunding us after a journey that resulted in someone requiring paramedic treatment, they offered a £15 voucher for a future journey.

As I have no intention of ever using this company again, the voucher is of no use to me.

Sadly, this isn’t my first poor experience with this company. On a previous trip, the driver told passengers the wrong departure time by an hour, left a large number of people behind, and then had to turn the coach around to collect them.

I understand that breakdowns can happen, but the way this situation was handled, the lack of accountability, and the refusal to offer a fair resolution have completely destroyed my confidence in the company. I won’t be travelling with them again and cannot recommend them.

I would just like to add that our driver was very lovely and suffering with us in the heat and this review is in no way a reflection on him and he should be compensated for having to work in those conditions

Edit: their response to this review is entirely unhelpful and their ‘goodwill voucher’ simply ridiculous as I stated in my complaint to them that I would never use their services again so why would a £15 discount on my next journey be any help to me. Ridiculous

Booked 2 seats to go from Bluewater to London for a Take That concert. This company is an absolute joke, they sent a coach with only 10 seats available yet there was about 40+ waiting out in the sun with no shade or able to get a drink to keep hydrated. The driver called his office but was told lie after lie .He was told a coach had turned up earlier but nobody waiting, that is a total lie at 1.25 there was 20 of us waiting .

Exeter to Cardiff, No problems at all with driver/s who were most polite and courteous but why send a coach (Berrys) out with no working toilet, Should send the transport manager on a coach with no toilet then they may feel the same discomfort as the passengers on board. It would appear the BGC sub contract coach companies on their behalf to fulfill journeys, so it is potluck if you can get a fully equipped coach for your gig trip.

Really poor. Used twice. Disappointing both times. Second time booked to get home from concert in London that finished at 10pm. Coach pick up.time was 10.45 which was much later than it needed to be. When the coach finally arrived we were told th driver needed a break and couldn't leave until 11.20pm. The coach also stopped twice on the way, off the direct route. Really poor. Won't be using again.

Edit: thanks for the response. Understand that advertised departure is 45 mins later, but was very frustrating to see ALL the other buses leave before ours even turned up. And the disorganisation inherent in the driver having his break at the departure time is appalling - pretty lame response from BGC really. And nothing on the un advertised stops either.

Absolutely awful and will never use again. Booked a trip for the Foo Fighters show at Anfield with the 'coach' (actually just a minibus) arriving 2 hours late to my pickup point after travelling down from Scotland. Zero communication from the company and staff were clueless when contacted. When the bus eventually arrived the two drivers were in street clothes and didn't even bother checking tickets and had no idea how many passengers were due to get on. When we eventually got to Liverpool the main driver had no idea where he was going or where to park up. After returning to the bus following the show the driver was impatient to leave and in several occasions attempted to leave despite not all passengers being on board and before the agreed departure time. Discussed the reason for the delay with a couple of passengers who said the bus was initially delayed as it had been pulled over due to driving too slowly as the younger of the drivers didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. Was also told that the drivers decided to stop at Tebay initially for a 20 minute comfort break which then ended up being nearly an hour. Absolute clown show from start to finish and would urge all to avoid!

Used them for travel to a Take That concert at London Stadium. The outward journey from Birmingham was fine with a really friendly driver and air conditioned double decker coach. When we arrived in London there was a Green Coach Representative who told us that if we weren’t back at the coach by 23:15 they would leave without us but was unable to give us directions to the concert?
We left the concert early and missed the last couple of songs to ensure we were there on time but the coach didn’t move. The same representative we’d spoken to wouldn’t allow the driver to leave?? It was disgraceful! He was just ignoring everyone who was on the bus and never once explained what the problem was? We were just left sitting and waiting for over an hour, in the end nothing happened and we finally left 75 minutes after the advertised departure time. I certainly will never use them again and would not recommend them!

We booked return coach travel from Aberdeen to the Take That concert at Hampden Park, paying £50 per person (£200 for four of us).

We chose this service because we expected to be dropped off close to the venue. However, once we were already on the coach, we were told there would be a walk from the drop-off point. In practice, the walk was much longer than we had anticipated. According to Apple Maps, it was around a 21-minute walk, but due to the route to our stadium entrance and the pace of our group, it took us around 35–40 minutes each way.

Two members of our group have ongoing back and mobility issues, so the unexpected walking caused significant discomfort. Had we known about the drop-off location before booking, we would have chosen a different way to travel.

I want to stress that the coach drivers were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the journey. My disappointment is with the information provided before travel, rather than the staff themselves.

After the event, I contacted Big Green Coach to explain our experience. They apologised for the discomfort caused but advised that they were unable to offer a refund, explaining that the drop-off location had been allocated by the venue.

While I appreciate the response, I still feel it would be helpful if customers were told the approximate drop-off and pick-up locations, or expected walking distance, before booking. That would allow people, particularly those with mobility concerns, to decide whether the service is suitable for them.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, our group has decided we wouldn’t use this service again.

I recently travelled with Big Green Coach from Cardiff to Wembley Stadium for Harry Styles on June 23rd and everything went perfectly.
The bus was on time, comfortable, and both drivers were great.
The bus had WiFi, air con and a toilet. Only thing it lacked was USB charging ports.
We stopped off at Oxford M40 services for around half an hour on the way up and around 15 minutes on the way back.
The journey was comfortable on such a hot day.
We were allowed to keep any of our things on the coach which was good, but this isn’t always the case.
The coach car park is very conveniently close to Wembley and is easy to navigate.
We also found the coach in plenty of time before we headed back to Wales. I would definitely do this again.

Used them to go to and from Foo Fighters - Bristol to Liverpool. On time arrival at Bristol; coach had air con (on the hottest day of the year!), charging points and a clean, working toilet; drivers were positive and kept us informed, and we arrived in plenty of time for first support despite traffic. On the way back we made excellent time, so an altogether great experience. Thank you!

Im giving one star because the drivers were great and very friendly and got us there and back on time. The coach had a fault which meant two rows of two seats had the radiator by our feet and legs on full blast so much that it burnt you if you touched it. This was on the day it was 35 degrees in London so it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable journey from Liverpool to Wembley. I have asthma and the heat from the radiator for 6 hours both there and back made me feel like I couldn’t breathe and I felt sick. The driver tried to fix the issue but advised there is nothing he could do as it would need to be looked at the day after. It wasn’t the drivers fault at all but I think BGC should maintain and check their coaches before each journey especially on a day as hot as it was. The toilet door also didn’t lock and the flush didn’t work with boiling hot water coming out the only tap.

What a pile of crooks . Don’t rely on these rip offs merchants. Despite them letting us down ( sending no bus to collect us for the recent lottery winners concert in Leigh ) the refuse to refund us because they told us to get a taxi, pay ourselves and refund us . . …
They’re a horrible company who can’t be trusted

Used the Big Green Coach to get to Powderham on a 30 degree day. The air conditioning was amazing. There was a major motorway closure and about 2 hours of delays but our driver kept us informed and was clearly trying everything to find a route around. I understand they provided taxis to some people further along. It was the same Coach and driver back. Music on the coach was tailored to the concert. Coming out of the concert was so easy.
