Charlie Bigham's Opiniones 

Charlie Bingham curries have always been 5 star . Tonight my chicken curry for two was only half full, and with hardly any sauce, very dry . The portion for two is only enough for one , which is fine . Just giving feedback , so it hopefully won’t happen again , as normally the dishes are always delicious.

Fish Pie for one is an absolute rip-off. £6.50 for 340g! This is far smaller than it used to be, there are now no longer prawns in it and the fish was so sparce you almost needed a magnifying glass to find it - three small pieces of white fish, one small piece of salmon and no smoked haddock. The taste wasn't great either. Aldi have a much nicer version at £5.85 for 800g and with lovely juicy prawns as well. I will never buy this again.

We have just tried 2 of Charlie Bigham’s wonderful meals:
1.Salmon Parmentier and
2.Chicken Kiev
1. We were surprised at how much salmon was in the Parmentier! All very tender and colourful with a tasty wine sauce, flavoured with leeks, onions and capers, topped with potatoes and crispy ciabatta breadcrumbs. Outstanding!
2. This had 2 tender chicken breasts filled with garlic and parsley butter, with parmesan and breadcrumb topping. Very good indeed and easily enough food for the two of us.

I treated myself and my husband to one if the butter chicken and pilau rice meals, and to say I was shocked at the amazing quality of the meal is an understatement!!!! It has to be one of the best pre-prepared curries I've ever had. It beats all the other supermarket options HANDS DOWN!This will be my weekly treat from now on- thank you Charlie Bingham!

We have tried several Charlie Bigham meals now and they have all been a real treat, but the Beef Ragu with Rigatoni deserves a standing ovation. Rich, hearty, full of flavour and honestly better than some restaurant pasta we have had. That is coming from my very fussy Italian other half.

As first time parents to a premature baby, having Bigham meals in the freezer has been an absolute lifesaver on the days when cooking is simply not happening. It feels like a proper meal without any of the stress.

The food is delicious, the packaging feels special, and the whole experience makes dinner time something to look forward to. We will definitely keep coming back for more.

If I'd wanted to wait 25 mins for a meal I'd have cooked it myself. Why would you make food in this format that requires an oven?

I enjoy Charlie Bingham new recipe lasagne, lovely taste, plus chicken tikka masala and Cootage Pie.
Cracking meal, consistently good taste.

I’ve tried 3 different Charlie Bigham ready meals and find them excellent. Quality ingredients, excellent flavours, adequate amount of food. I really don’t feel I am eating a ‘ready meal’. No artificial flavours and for those times when I’m in a hurry or feeling lazy, these are ideal. A little expensive but worth it.

Tasty and convenient but most meals far too salty.

Red ThaiCurry. Great value, ingredients and flavour. A good restaurant quality at a fraction of the price. Easy to cook. Better than ALL other supermarket ready meals.
Same goes for Chicken Tika Masala, Green Thai curry and Chicken Tika Biryani.
Yet to try others, but I don’t expect disappointment.

Far too much pepper, that's all I could taste

This fish pie was the most disgusting fish pie I have ever eaten. Had one mouthful and had to throw it away. Will just keep making my own. Absolutely vile and a waste of money

I've just had the Chicken Tikka for one, it was a good sized meal. The chicken was tender, the sauce was full of flavour and it had a good consistency. The rice wasn't overcooked and soggy. I am out in my motorhome and always looking for easy meals, I will be looking at Charlie Bigham meals again.

I have tried a few of the Charlie Bigham's meals.
They have been easy to prepare, oven re heat only, a main evening meal for two persons (I usually add something extra on the side). The Thai green curry, and the Thai Panang Chicken Curry (new recipe apparently) were both delicious.

we have been enjoying charlie bighams ready meals for a long time i think since he first started we had a steak pie and it was delicious so we are still a big fan ,lots of good ingredients in his meals as well .highly recommend.

What a great company, always respond swiftly and listen to customers comments. I love the bamboo trays - better for the environment but also no micro plastics when cooking like other ready meals. Fantastic tasting dishes.

I work over 45hrs a week and I rely on oven meals I have been for many years I shop at all supermarkets and buy the basic deals for meals like 3 for £10 and its always the usual lasagne,cottage pie etc with some salad I've done this for years I then saw Charlie Bigham's meals the 1 serving meals 2 for £11 I thought wow this is expensive and its so small I then looked at the picture which drew me in and I thought hmm maybe it will taste different then my usual meals so I brought the lasagne and cottage pie to try and omg it made my years of boring meals taste amazing there was true flavour and most off there was no cut back on the ingredients as supermarket meals you will get a thin amount of mash with a pinch of cheese but Charlie Bingham meals had a nice thick amount of mash and cheese and the sauce was so tasty it went so well with some salad on the side , I now decide to buy 4 meals every 2 weeks because it now brings me joy to look forward to my meals this is way better then your standard supermarket meals its definitely worth trying and seeing for yourself .

Since my wife died my idea of a good meal is one that someone else has cooked. My go-to brand for a meal that is every bit as good as a home-cooked one is Charlie Bigham. I particularly like his lasagne which has exactly the right proportions of pasta, meat and sauce and is very tasty. I always have a suupply in the freezer.

We usually get one every week from our local Waitrose
The latest was Calabrian chicken with roast potatoes.
We enjoyed this very much and will hopefully find it on the shelves on our next visit.
