This is not the first experience of working with agencies . Natalie from Building &Co is a very nice responsive agent. She solved all the issues quickly. She answered the case clearly . I am very pleased with the work of the agency . I had a problem with understanding because of my poor knowledge of the language. But Natalie very politely explained the same thing several times . Thank you for your patience, understanding and your work.

Natalie was very helpful from start to finish and billingham in general are great, they also have people who will set up all your bills for you! Which helped me a lot as I work a lot and also have university I struggle to find the time and they took care of it all.

I have just brought my first house through this estate agent. I had Jez as my estate agent. The whole process was easy, with no complications and I had the keys within 12 weeks. Jez was friendly and approachable, with an excellent knowledge of the area that I was moving to. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Kelly was fantastic co-ordinating between buyer and seller and I knew where everything was upto before I even realised I needed to know.
