Quality logs at a good price. Would recommend to anyone with the space currently buying large bags. Lot better value for money to buy bulk.

I have never left a review for anything before but this man was jaw-droppingly rude. I visited the website on a Sunday and left a message on the web contact form as suggested. I didn't call or text out of respect for the weekend. After 5 days, I hadn't heard anything so sent a text to ask if they had got my order. I quickly got an aggressive, rude call back saying I shouldn't have used the form as they don't check it and I should have called. When I suggested that they shouldn't have a web form, and encourage people to use it, if they don't read it, he rudely replied that it was their website and they could have what they want and don't need a website for business. He went on to say that he is fully booked until near the end of February anyway.

The website claims 'good old fashioned and personal customer service' but I got anything but. Maybe I got him on a bad day...

He won't mind the negative review as he proudly told me he has hundreds of customers.

I have been using Tony to deliver logs to me in Halifax for about 10 years now. Always a great service and price.

I got a load of mixed dry log's off Tony. He did tell me that the price had gone up due to overheads which is understandable. But they hadn't gone up as much as I thought. The delivery was on time and always helpful. Big thanks to Bingley logs and Tony.

I rang Bingley Logs to enquire about ordering some logs & the phone was answered by the rudest man imaginable. He said they were too busy to deliver any & then said it wouldnt be for a month! He obviously didnt want my business so I wont be ordering any logs from there.

This morning, Bingley Fencing fitted us a potting shed. It is brilliant and looks good. The chaps who fitted it were terrific and so polite. We would recommend Bingley Fencing to anyone especially the chaps who fitted it

We got another load of good logs from Tony last week. Great logs, great service, fair prices. He came a little early for us this time so we didn't have to stack the logs in the midday heat. We've been getting our logs from Bingley Logs for quite a while now. Yes recommended.

Had our second load of three delivered this afternoon. Spot on time as usual. Really good quality logs and well dried. Good value, good service. I can definitely recommend.

Tony comes all the way to Bolton to bring my logs which are always a great mix of hard and soft wood. He is always on time and is always cheerful. My part of the delivery is to make sure he is provided with a mug of hot, weak, milky tea with a sweetener! Thank you Tony.

Took another delivery from Bingley Logs this morning, Tony arrived bang on time with tipper load of well seasoned, dry logs all cut to 10-12 inch length with a good mix of Hard and Soft wood (I would say this delivery was 60% Hardwood). Wont buy logs from anyone else.
