Rich has an abundance of knowledge in BJJ and strength and conditioning. I currently use and have previously had strength and conditioning plans including nutritional plans. My experience has been very positive with demonstrable gains in strength snd overall performance on the mats. I can not reccomend this service highly enough. A must for any aspiring athlete and indeed anyone who wants to make solid progress. The benefits of this service cannot be overstated.

Joined BJJBlueprint with no real expectations. Once inside I found myself immersed into a whole community of like minded individuals. Great learning platform to help drive success on the mats by doing things right off the mats. Since joining, Rich has helped me with diet and nutritional plans, strength and conditioning workouts and even live meet up for some rolls. I really love the community. Whilst going through an injury myself, Rich and other members have helped me a ton to deal with this setback and cultivate a positive mindset to make it through the injury. Rich leads by example! In order to help people you need to be the one showing others how it works. That's what makes someone authentic. Rich is this authentic guy. He is disciplined and doesn't take any shortcuts. He shares what works for him and wants others to also benefit from his methods. Plus he brings a lot of background knowledge and experience which makes him a really resourceful helper if you are battling any injuries or difficulties in Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ Blueprint is phenomenal. I’d highly recommend it for all athletes in BJJ. Whether you’re a starter or a seasoned athlete, BJJ Blueprint genuinely has something for you. It’s a thriving community where everyone has each others back. There are a good few black belts in there that can review your rolls and a bunch of guys that give helpful tips and advice on all sorts!!
