They have big problem with their notification. they don't have setting to turn of notification or filter notification in app or in app setting context.

another big problem is they don't show you user details where you are going to pay in (personal to personal). a lots of people mistake with the number but if they could show receiver details I think it might decrease the amount of that problem.

Heaven for scammers. If you want to scam people, you can go ahead and create a merchant account.

তিন দিন আগে রাত্রে বেলায় বিকাশ থেকে 400 টাকা ব্যাংক টেনেস্পার করি কিন্তু টাকা বিকাশ থেকে কেটে নিয়েছে কিন্তু ব্যাংকে আসে নাই। সাপোটে কথা বলে তিন দিন সময় চেয়েছিল এখন তারা ট্রানজেকশন ক্যানসেল করে দিয়েছে তারপরও টাকা বিকাশে এড হয় নাই। 400 টাকার জন্য ফোনে অলমোস্ট 50 টাকা ফ্লাক্সি দিয়েছি এবং কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট অনেক সময় কথা বলেছি। সব থেকে বাজে একটি কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট কথা পুরোপুরি শেষ হওয়ার আগে নিজেরা চ্যাট সিজন ক্লোজ করে দেয় লাইফ সাপোর্ট। টাকায় অ্যামাউন্টটা বেশি না হলেও এটি একটি বড় সমস্যা। সুতরাং, প্রয়োজনের কারণে বিকাশ এপ্স ইউজ করলেও ভবিষ্যতে ব্যাংক টেনাসফার করার ইচ্ছা নাই কারণ এখানে আমার টাকা নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে তারা অক্ষম।

আপনাদের সিস্টেমও একটা সিস্টেম আর তেলাপোকাও একটা পাখি।

আমি বিকাশ টু ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার করেছি টাকা। বিকাশ থেকে টাকা কেটে নিয়েছে কিন্তু ব্যাংকে টাকা যায়নি। বিকাশের স্টেটমেন্টেও কিছু নেই।
বিকাশ কাস্টমার সার্ভিস থেকে বলে টাকা আপনার বিকাশে ফেরত আসতে ১-২ দিন সময় লাগবে।
বলি এটা কি মগের মুল্লুক? মনগড়া সিস্টেম বানিয়ে রাখছেন। ট্রানজেকশন কম্পিলিট করতে না পারলে সিস্টেম অটোমেটিক টাকা রিটার্ন করবে এমনটাই তো হওয়ার কথা। তো আপনারা এই টাকা ১-২ দিন আটকে রেখে কি হাওয়ার ব্যবসা করেন? মুনাফা করে তারপর আমাদের টাকা দেন। এমন নাকি?

পাবলিককে আর কত বোকাচো* মনে করবেন আপনারা?

They have a terrible customer service team. They refused to answer my simple question and accused me of not asking valid questions even though they I asked them what I need and they asked for the account details, transaction purpose, Transaction ID etc. First agent I chatted with gathered all the info and closed the chat without any confirmation or anything. And the 2nd agent said he cannot give me any info related to the first chat or answer the question I asked in the first chat. He even refused to send me my own chat transcript. How shameful. Anyways I asked the question again in the 2nd chat and the agent said it's not a valid question. My question was "What's the current status of my transaction". How is that not a valid questions? The agent continued to be rude and ended the chat. If they cannot check the status or cannot tell me for any reason or need further details they should be clear about it. Why be unprofessional about it?

I am satisfied with their service, They are doing well in our country.
