Just purchased a Black & Decker Thermal Programmable 12-CUP Coffee Maker, CM2045B. I initially struggled to get the delay brew. One online helped a bit but still left me with questions. When I reached out to Black&Decker they wanted me to pay to chat with someone. No way. I would return the product first. Eventually I figured it out. The PM symbol is very small. The buttons are not back lit. If you are older or have eye issues, this is not the coffee maker for you. Better directions inside the manual would be very helpful. Including graphics to show what happens would even be more helpful. So far I like the coffee but it took me multiple tries to figure out how to make it work to meet my needs. I was a Mr. Coffee user but decided to try Black and Decker. I never had this issue with Mr. Coffee. Time will tell. To attempt to charge me to get help seriously detracts from the product. I may still send it back.

Black and Decker Vitessa Advanced Steam Iron provided everything what you can expect of a steam iron. Heated up well and the steam was perfect. It is not too heavy and the shiny sole plate smoothened every wrinkle.
This was all great until, almost four years to the date I bought it, I could not have it heat up.
After I called Spectrum Brands, my only option was to buy another one with some small discount. Since I really liked this iron, I bought it, but I was miffed when I read the promotional reviews from people who received a FREE iron.

I bought a Black + Decker 3000W iron and very disappointed with it. First of all the water container is black and so you can`t see when it is full or empty. If you are right-handed as I am the water flap opens the wrong way. The temperature dial also is very hard to read. The water container runs out after a couple of items. The cord is not long enough and I have to use an extension. I won`t be buying another.

Jeg har en advarsel mod Stanley Black & Decker værktøjsvogn (STANLEY ESSENTIAL VÆRKTØJSVOGN PÅ HJUL producent nr.: STST1-80151). Jeg har oplevet de samme problemer med to forskellige værktøjsvogne: De to greb af plastik, der er i hver side (altså 4 stk. i alt) er alt for spinkle eller lavet i en for dårlig kvalitet. De revner for et godt ord! Selv ved meget forsigtig brug går de i stykker, og det betyder, at værktøjsvognen reelt er ubrugelig. Nu er det anden gang, at jeg må skifte denne type værktøjsvogn ud, blot fordi grebene er gået i stykker. Det er simpelthen for dårligt Stanley!
Derfor denne advarsel om dårlig kvalitet til andre, der overvejer at købe dette produkt.
PS. Jeg har været i kontakt med Stanleys afdeling for kundesupport - men de virker komplet ligeglade desværre. Det har været spild af tid!
