Black Country Metal Works Opiniones

I'm obsessed with this beautifully crafted item. Fits beautifully in our quirky 1930s arts n crafts house

Ordered a mailbox from Ben after looking for a long time for something that was quality and looked great . I wasn’t disappointed the product is high quality , functional and looks great on our old farm house . Highly recommend this high quality product

Bought a Kingsway bronze lamp which I assumed was bronze and manufactured by Black country metalworks. The lamp turned out to be aluminium and made in china, and upon further search I have discovered that more lamps were mass-manufactured rather than made by small local artisans.

I was confused and disappointed and wrote a review here questioning the practice: For a customer who came to the website for artisan items, from the website presentation it was easy to assume that all items were manufactured by blackcountry in the UK and there was not much done to set other expectations.

Customer support reached out immediately to understand where my expectations were not met. They explained their partnership model in great detail
- many items they sell are manufactured / designed by black country but they also partner with artisans\suppliers to expand the offering
- the lamp in question was provided by a UK-based company with majority of production being Europe-based
I provided additional feedback on material / supplier transparency that the team will be looking into and we were able to find a resolution that left everyone happy.
Thanks Claire for listening to the feedback and turning the experience around for me!

Good delivery,
Very good quality, really surprised the details and design were spot on ,brought for a present , this lamp is going to look fantastic on cotswold stone building
Will definitely be purchasing in future
With the sale too very good value and can afford to purchase

Our Norfolk outdoor light with sensor was delivered on time. Today 29th September 2026 we had it installed by a local electrician. We are totally pleased with the quality of the light and the service that Black Country gave us. We would certainly use Black Country again

Fabulous craftmanship along side very pleasant customer service. Excellent prices and quick delivery. I bought a “peeing puppy” as a gift which I know will be well received. I’m also sure that this won’t be my only purchase moving forward. I definitely recommend this small company and wish them the best of luck with their business.

This is the second one of these side tables we have bought because we liked the first one so much. They are well made and unique, no 2 tables are the same. Special thanks to Rhiannon as delivery was super fast and item was packaged very well. Thank you.

Fire pit
After having a problem with delivery, which was quickly sorted by Rhiannon ,responded very quickly and replacement sent

Excellent craftsmanship
Would definitely order from them again

Great company to deal with. Rhiannon answers queries super-fast. The kettle is sturdy, well-built and comes in a really lovely shade of green. Not only that but it arrived the day after I ordered it. Very happy!

Ordered a little Robin, made from recycled cutlery for a gift for my mum.
It was really reasonably priced/ and it is so very cute. My mum was absolutely thrilled to receive it. It was packaged and sent within 24 hours- fabulous service, thank you.

I bought 2 wind spinners from this company and they are a great addition to my garden. Well made, lovely designs, and have been admired by my neighbours. Great customer service, thank you Rhiannon, very quick delivery. Ben is very talented constructing these various items.

Great item, looks lush on the house! THANKS RHIANNON!✨

I have bought many silhouettes from this company for my garden as I knew I would be moving in the future. After 6 months in my new garden some silhouettes are rusting. I complained and was advised that even though they are for the outside some "patina" is to be expected - it is rust . I was advised if I wanted them to look as new i would need to instigate a maintenance programme and offered me as a goodwill gesture a tin of paint.
Having spent several hundreds of pounds on these items as well as a bistro set, weathervane and hanging basket bracket I will not be buying from them again and cannot recommend.

Bought a bracket from Etsy which was delivered much faster than expected. This is a gift for my neighbour who recently lost their beagle pal. It's absolutely beautiful and has now been installed with much pride by the new owner.

Purchased the Large Whitewash Wooden Tree Ornament and it is absolutely gorgeous and arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. Really happy with my purchase! Thank you so much!

item came on time. it is sturdy and well made.

Bought Michelin man sign as a gift.when it arrived I was surprised at the weight, I was expecting a flimsy sign, very heavy good quality. Recipient was extremely happy. Unable to show photo of it as it was taken and put up immediately! Sellers pictures didn’t do it justice

I ordered the Recycled Metal Parts Robot with Butterfly Ornament as an unusual gift. It was really well made and the recipient loved it especially as it was made from recycled metal bits and bobs. It was ordered from Etsy and Rhiannon made sure it arrived quickly and that the communication was very good.

Hi, received today , thank you so much I love them, they're perfect and superbly well made.

Many. Many thanks
Carlo
