My order delivery could not be delivered by a local delivery service. After many attempts to get my delivery to no avail I asked for a refund from Blackexcellencewear and have gotten nothing but a run around. I was told to get in contact with the delivery company and try to work something out with them. I have informed Blackexcellencewear that I have made 3 attempts for a refund and I will now have to get other people involved to get my refund.

How can i give less than a star? this company is the worst. The products are extremely subpar and do NOT, in any way, resemble the advertised product. the material is cheap and the printed version of the embroidery is blurry and discolored. Their customer service is simply poorly written email that offer pennies compares to what you purchased. using the excuse that they are an overseas company, although that fact didn't stop them from charging 100% in the first place. Terrible experience and company DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

First it takes at least 2 months to get your order because it's coming from mainland China. Secondly the 2 shirts ordered were cut small. I ordered 5xl and they fit like a small 4xl. What should be very loose fit is almost tight. Finally the shirts are not cotton but some form of stretchy licra or nylon. Please don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a woman’s long flowing dress from this business and when I received it. It did not look nothing like what I ordered. I contacted them about it. They did not answer. And when I did through PayPal, they gave me a hard time. Their website says that they accept returns. But the return is in another country. Not America. Be careful of what you order from them or you’ll get something you didn’t order and have a hard time receiving your money back. Bad customer service.
