Helpful and professional
I went in to buy a pair of zip-off trousers but there weren’t any in store and Josh suggested I try the ones you could roll up and button down instead. This was a useful alternative as it serves the same purpose and means you can’t lose the zipped off bits! The alternative works even better than what I originally wanted so always worth talking to the experts in the store. Thank you!

Perfect for DofE shopping!
We came to the store to get my daughter kitted out for her DofE hike (boots, jacket, hike pack etc). The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly AND there was a 20% reduction on top of the existing discounts, so I was really pleased about the price too!

Excellent friendly assistance.
Sale Boots were very clearly displayed and labelled outside.
I was greeted near the door and sent to the shoe area. Lottie, the assistant there, was then extremely helpful and very genuinely friendly.
It all worked well and there was the bonus of a pleasant chat with Lottie.

Small but efficient shop
Small shop, and I was worried I wouldn't find what I needed, but it's amazing how much they can fit in there! Friendly and efficient staff (I was served by Sandra who was very helpful and polite). Good shop!

Outstanding Customer Service & Recommendations
I went to Bromley for replacement walking shoes. It was a blessing that they didn't have my size in stock, as they went one better and provided an alternative wide fit brand, based on the wear and tear of my shoes and my walking style. The walking shoes fit so much better, especially with the adjustments made for the smaller size foot.
I was also provided with a wealth of information for my feet, as well as recommendations and suggestions, not to mention the correct way to tie the laces, for the chosen footwear.
It was a pleasure to receive outstanding customer service from Eloise and Sandra, whose knowledge, patience and easy go manner, made it an enjoyable experience.
