Blacks - Bury St Edmunds Opiniones

Knowledgable and attentive staff and two discounts given (sale price and membership discount) Have yet to wear the purchase.
Served by Joe

Went to Blacks for some hiking gear with my daughter for her upcoming school trip to Iceland. We were assisted by the absolutely wonderful Danielle, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough in helping my daughter select the perfect footwear. All aspects of our shortlist were discussed, and I was very impressed at her ability to prioritise what we needed. We took a lot of her time with no complaints, and as a result my daughter is now all set for her trip. We’re both very appreciative and we will no doubt be back! Thank you Danielle!

We were a group of 5, attracted in to Blacks because of the sale. Between us we spent over £300.
Danielle was extremely attentive and patient, especially with regard to my husband’s purchase of an expensive pair of trainers - she showed great professionalism and knowledge which he found very helpful, thus enabling him to come to an informed decision.
We all appreciated her friendliness and efficiency and judged to be a great asset to your company.

I bought a pair of Meindl walking shoes and was served by Charlie who was very helpful , knowledgeable and professional . Thankyou Charlie , keep up the good work and pray God's blessings on you both now and in your future ahead .

I was served by Neil, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was looking for a particular type of walking boot and Neil talked me through my options. He found the perfect pair.

The sign outside said Closing down 30% off everything.
In reality the reduction was less than half that. So not a very trustworthy place

I went in to get some new shoes today, found what I wanted and Charlie helped me with a few questions I had, he was very attentive, helpful, professional and most importantly, for me, he was a real person not just a bot/npc. He did me a solid and hooked me up with a 15% discount, a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Excellent service as always in the Bury St Edmund’s store. Charlie is a switched on cookie 🤠

As always, helpful and couldn’t have done more. I was served by Charlie, he made sure my boots fitted and looked for others too, also took the box to the till for me which is downstairs! Such a shame that Blacks is closing down!!

I cannot fault the customer service given by Joe and Issac in this store. They always go above and beyond to help. I wish more stores had staff this helpful and positive. Hold on to these two they are an asset to the company.

Isaacs really helpful. Lovely staff.

ordered some lovely pair of north face jogging bottoms and some wellies for a rainy day. Served by Jamie (BSE) who gave great customer service!

I went into the store today as I need a revamp on my hiking attire, and had a lovely experience.
The staff today (Joe & Charlie) were very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend coming to this store to others!

Wide choice of down jackets and Charlie was very knowledgeable about the options and about Blacks closing down and the rebranding to Go Outdoors.

Great service from Jamie who helped me order a jacket I wanted thank you.

Very Helpful. Made I had everything I needed which makes me happy to keep coming back

Pleasant, helpful & knowledgable assistant Hollie helped me find the most suitable walking boots to replace my old leaky pair. Great value too, they were on offer!

True customer experience at the Bury St Edmunds Blacks shop. Hollie was amazing and a good reason to be back again..

Fantastic team at blacks BSE. I particular Charlie wend above and beyond to help myself and my son 💪🏼

I saw, online, a pair of sturdy walking shoes that I wanted so I called my nearest branch of Blacks to find out if they had them in stock. I spoke to Jamie and he reserved sizes 8 and 9 for me. I visited the store later in the day and the shoes were ready for me to try on. Hollie served me and was very helpful. Blacks matched the excellent online price. Thanks to the staff for all their help.
