Such a great team Anna and Angie! I came in with my 4 year old to buy him some new shoes and both Anna and Angie were absolutely fantastic! They helped me in finding the right brand and size for my little one, something which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own while shopping with very energetic boy!

Went in with my daughter to buy a jacket- Hannah that worked in there was absolutely brilliant to the point I could leave my daughter with her to choose sizes and colours, staff like that can change ppls days for the better, will definitely be coming back

The staff were so lovely to both me and my pooch! So kind and really helped me with some good advice, unfortunately I couldn’t find the right fit, however Hannah really helped me out and nothing was too big an ask!

A sales assistant, called Kiona, was very helpful and polite when I was looking for a new pair of shoes. I bought some shoes around the same time last year and had her on that occasion too. Very welcoming and would deal with her personally when purchasing in the future. Excellent employee.

I visited the store with my wife just to look at jackets for my wife, the assistant Hannah was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different types and her advice was extremely valuable.
My wife wanted to look at another couple of shops for some comparison but decided to return for the jacket Hannah had recommended. Not only was she helpful, she also said she would hold the jacket for an hour as it was the last size 8 available. This is the type of service I wish could be available everywhere. Thank you Hannah, we will not hesitate to come back again whenever we need something which you sell.

Hannah served us today - we were shopping for walking boots for my daughter for her D of E Award which would also be suitable for using in the snow. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us helpful tips and spent time ensuring the boots fitted properly. We also ended up buying a pair of walking shoes for my other daughter which were in the sale.
