Buying hiking boots is really difficult but Samuel in Blacks, Tottenham Court road was super helpful. Amazingly he actually knows what he’s talking about and what he’s selling- pleased with my Scarpa boots!

Best shop spot for mountaineering
Friendly, skilled staff and managers specially Maj, you just can’t feel lost making your choices as there is a lot of good gears, équipements and outfits, everything went smooth and easy thanks to the satff once again.

The shop didn’t have the 30L backpack I wanted in stock but volunteered to order it for me and have it delivered free of charge in a few days. Mo was professional, friendly and helpful 👍🏽.
