Five star service
Mo met me at the door took me to where he not I found what I needed - right size colour and model (cagoule not as I had asked for, macintosh - much better). Could not have been faster or more helpful.

Phillip
When I entered the store (Tottenham Court Road) with my mother and nephew, nobody greeted us or asked us if we needed help they just stared at us. We went downstairs to the women’s section and PHILLIP was the only person that approached us and asked if we were okay and offered to help us. Phillip is the only person in the store that clearly cares about customers.

Friendly and helpful staff
I called to ask about waterproofing equipment and Samuel was very helpful and friendly. When I arrived he advised me on which products to buy and the discounts available. I had an
exceptionally good shopping experience and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Phil was really helpful in finding me a pair of wellies! Thought they’d be too expensive but he found me a lovely pair within my budget and even gave me a discount! Always love going into Blacks as they always have what I need and the customer service is great 😊

Walking shoes
Walked in today looking for walking shoes having no real knowledge about what would be suitable. I was approached by Mo who asked a few questions before referring me to Phillip. Phillip helped me select a suitable pair of walking shoes within my budget. Overall a very pleasant experience with good customer service.

Excellent service as ever. I had bought an extra sleeping bag with other thongs for a Nepal trek and did not need the sleeping bag. A refund was given even though I was a bit over the 28 days because of my trekking trip

Good shoes, good service
So at first it was a little quiet then Phillip came round the corner and gave good advice and got me the size up I needed. Suggested some extras but when I said probably not he was very understanding and not pushy on a hard sell which really puts me off. Shoes working so far!
