I had to drop off a parcel which I wrapped poorly. Ann could have easily turned me away but instead went above and beyond to secure my parcel, also explaining how things had changed. I Also came away with a coat and 2 tops because another member explained how to get the best out of the discount prices.

Good service
I looked on blacks Web site but I could not make a choice so I decided to go to the store. I want a comfortable walking boot I can ware all day in college. Alex (saff) ask if need help, I explained what I needed and he recommended Merrell moab 3 mid GTX.
He was very knowledgeable about the waking boots but I think he was more of a Merrell fan. I bought the walking boots looks like I'm a Merrell fan now

I was served today by Zak in the Newbury store. Unless you know exactly what you want, you need to try on. I like to try on and I like to ask for advice from someone who knows what they are talking about! Thank you Zak. We need more Zak’s about.
