Friendly service, great prices!
Came in to purchase the OEX Novo stove after finding it online for £19 cheaper than GoOutdoors. Store was tidy and well stocked, and I received some very knowledgeable advice from the store manager about my options. Also had 5* service at the till from Jade who helped me get a good deal on some walking socks. Shop here if you want value for money and honest, friendly service!

Backpack Assistance
Everyone we spoke to was super helpful and kind, Emily in particular was incredible and helped me find the perfect backpack for my trip to South Africa. She knew the perfect bag thanks to firsthand experience and told me everything i needed to know.
It’s a really nice shop and everything so easy to find!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I came in today to purchase a tent. I was greeted at the door by the friendly manager and said I wished to purchase a tent.
Jade served me and assisted me with my purchase providing good knowledge and Exelent customer service experience. jade also provided me with a leaflet containing tent care information.
She was friendly and I look forward to shopping at Sheffield blacks again.
As I left the store the manager said a friendly goodbye

Emily was great at helping me to choose a replacement pair of walking boots. I told her my requirement & left it to her it, she nailed it bringing out two pairs one of which, North Face, was perfect for me. Emily was very friendly, attentive & helpful.
