From the day I walked into the Canary Wharf office until now, I have felt safe using the agent, Salam Miah, because of his down-to-earth approach. ( no razzle dazzle) Like the leader, the team also represent a humane approach to the client's needs. I believe this is representative of professionalism and getting to know the customer while getting the job done.

As a new tenant, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Black Stone Estate Agents. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Viewings were arranged quickly, and the property was exactly as advertised. The application process was smooth and efficient, with great communication throughout. I especially appreciated how transparent they were with fees and documentation.
Thanks so much to management and staff especially to Ali who worked so hard on the sale of my property and got us to the finishing line like he said they would
Definitely recommend them such friendly people and family oriented business
Thank you once again and good luck in future projects 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Cowboys. The only thing I can say? Cowboys. I have sent FIVE messages via Rightmove asking for more details for a house for sale in Birmingham and not one single response. I gave them my email, phone number.
When the market frenzy dies down they will be begging for custom. Typical attitude of Estate Agents. Small wonder they are despised.
Ver excellent lettings team works hard in making sure your property is viewed by suitable tenants and keep informed me every step of the way.
Estate Agents Manchester use social media the same way they use their offline social networks. The very best real estate professionals utilize social networks as an expansion of their online existence.
Best mortgage experience, highly recommend. Customer service was brilliant. If your looking for a property then blackstones is the one. They helped me with everything. Treated me very very nicely. Keep up the good work. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
Excellent customer service, highly recommended
I've received a good service from this company
