Used these 3 times now.
Very good for the price.
Always had amazingly fast shipping. Ordered late Thursday and was hoping at best for 7-10 days due to Easter weekend. Came the Saturday Morning.

my son purchased for my christmas ,dec 22,a black widow exhaust system for my 2020 honda grom,its an amazing bit of kit well made,sounds awesome,and gives the bike a lot more power,very pleased and love the lanyard.cheers guys

firstly bought a headers/downpipe for my Bmw S1000r which has been brilliant from day one. Then unfortunately damaged my link pipe 18 months later. Although it was not available to purchase separately on their website i emailed them with an instant response and got the part required for my bmw s1000r. Cant recommend this company enough and the customer service was amazing. 10/10 from me.

Purchased a full system for my kawasaki z650 ninja. Delivered very quickly. Superbly packed with a few nice extras consisting of some stickers and a lanyard. I fitted the system myself without any major issues. Sounds superb and looks fantastic. Recommended

Purchased a full exhaust for my Yamaha XSR125. Exhaust came well packed. Quality seems ok but with a few disappointments.

The original exhaust is one piece including the silencer. So as you can choose the end can it should be a 2 piece but no it ends up 3 pieces most probably so it fits in the box. So an extra joint to seal, clamp etc. The end can is well finished but the welds on the pipe not upto par. The one on the header flange barely looks like it's actually there, glad it has a 2 year guarantee. Was despatched quickly and instructions clear and concise.

As it's only a 125 improvements aren't going to be massive. It seems to be more eager and a nice sound from the 300mm stainless oval can. It's not going to rust like the original that's only 11 months old so that's a bonus.

I ordered Downpipes for my BMW S1000RR K67 2020 so far I'm very happy, jus ordered another ones for my Kawasaki versys 1000 2020, good company excelente quality

These are the biggest wast of money , sbc about 430 hp, put 250 venom on and now my car sounds Ilike my exhaust is falling apart, $130 apiece, $260 plus the install, nowhere in the description does it say these are like having no muffler at all, cruising around town the sound they put off makes me want to wreck my car, I have a super nice 63 chevy 11 Nova and these just downgraded my car, biggest waste of,
From what I'm researching black widow is for newer vehicles and motorcycles,
No rating at all. Priced to high and sound like crap , I even spoke with the tech at black widow and his description was totally different from the sound I get in person

Ordered came next day. Fitted easy.Looks good sounds good. But like a knob dropped dropped the screw inside taking baffle out Phoned lovely lady talked sent one out couple of days later. Brilliant service. Recommend 5 stars

Product quality is good- sound great.
Instructions are rubbish. Support is shockingly poor.

I ask to speak to technical support and then telephone operator says, I can do that. It's a bit like a Catherine Tate sketch. A joke. But if you're stuck with a technical issue, it's a waste of time and not funny. The receptionist is effectively as far as you will get on the phone. She even gave me wrong advice. Not her fault, it's the lazy view (or clueless attitude to) customer service taken by the management.

Always helpful, I bought a decat and exhaust and it was slightly too loud, they offer an in-line baffle that fits at bottom which I have just ordered, always fast delivery with extras

5 star from me, I bought de cat headers for an 08 zx6r to marry up with a yoshi rs5. excellent quality, superb welds, very clear instructions with images (didn’t need but very helpful to some), well packaged, next day delivery and a contactable and friendly customer service team. Can’t fault these guys in any way.
Headers were almost exactly half the weight of the originals and it’s allowed the rs5 to sing like it should. Thanks again

I bought a 230mm high level system from Black widow, at first it looked good welds ect. Once the kit was fitted it was apparent that the pipes didn't quite line up correctly, messed around ensuring parts weren't fouling the bike anywhere, got there in the end.

As soon as I started the bike I turned it off instantly there is absolutely NO WAY THESE ARE ROAD LEGAL, its extremely loud and not even in a nice way and thats with the baffle in!. Amgine starting a car with the manifold off. I did in fact email Black Widow told them the situation and was told its clearly stated on there website, now it might be on there website at a different section telling you noise level ect, but when you go to purchase a kit it does not warn you that your ears will be ringing.

I was then told that a 360mm can would be much quiter after I had queried about the longer cans, I gave the benefit of doubt and bought a 360mm can. I even added an extra baffle on the can inlet side when fitting and it was still ridiculously loud, but not ringing ear drum material.

So now I can actually idle the bike I now find out the exhaust is blowing from every join on this cheaply, poorly made system.

In the end I gave up took it off and bought what I should have in the beginning instead of trying to save money. Save your money and buy a well known Slovenian brand. What a difference fit first time no messing around no exhaust paste needed without any blowing joins.

Just bought and fitted twin carbon tipped black silencers to my tdm900, silencers seem to be good quality but the link pipes are awful too big at the down pipe side and too small at the silencer side.these cans are sold as road legal in the UK NO WAY !!! My tdm now sounds like a Harley drag racer ! Taken off they are a total ripoff.

Brilliant- Product is quality stainless steel, washers and bolts high quality. well packed and delivered quickly. Fits perfectly on my sons Pulse Adrenalin 125 makes a good sound. We lost a bolt and their customer care sent another out FOC

I emailed & phone before making my purchase to ask technical questions about the exhaust downpipe but my email was not answered and when I called I received a Word Salad from the woman that answered the phone.

I bought a Downpipe for my Honda CBR125R but the inside diameter of the pipe is 32mm which does not align with the 28mm diameter exhaust port.

The 32mm Downpipe is then welded inside a cone which enlarges to 5cm but the 32mm does not transition smoothly into the cone section as it exits approximately 10mm inside the cone section.

These irregularities cause turbulence within the exhaust, stopping resonance pressure/vacuum waves inside the exhaust ( that the OEM exhaust uses ) to pull the exhaust gasses from the combustion chamber, resulting in lower power throughout the rev-range.

I emailed them telling them about the problem but was told this is how they are designed!

I would have given them a 3 star review if they didn't advertise themselves as a performance exhaust but because they have I will need to pay more for my motorbike insurance.

The product is very well packaged with exhaust cement, gasket, key chain and an optional flange for the OEM Silencer. It's such a shame that they have failed to produce a good product as it would not take much more effort to do so.
