I needed repairs to vertical blinds in Dec and they came out and repaired them right away.

I needed to replace a bathroom blind and they came and measured and ordered and called when it arrived and came right out and installed it. Nicely done job.

As you can see from all the bad reviews, steer clear of this Company. Waste of time and very rude, especially Ryan

An absolutely unacceptable experience; I have been in contact with the "Blinds Superstore" on several occasions, and have been told on several occasions that my order was going to be delivered straight away. It has been over a week since I was first told that my order was due to be delivered the next day, and I still have not received my order. I requested that the order information be sent to me via email, because I had not received even a confirmation from them acknowledging the order. I have still not received any correspondence whatsoever, other than the payment acknowledgement from PayPal. I was told that the order went out, but was returned because the order had been sent with the wrong post code, and that it would be delivered on the Tuesday after the weekend. It is now the following Friday and nothing has been delivered.

Update: The order was cancelled and a refund was issued. Was told that if the blinds arrive, I can keep them free of charge. Thanks to Haley in accounts.

Terrible service! Placed an order on 13th Jan with an alleged 7-10 working day delivery window. It’s now 4th Feb... where are my blinds that you were so quick to take payment for but are not so quick to deliver??! I am also still awaiting a response to my email dated 29th Jan to which you’ve left me no choice but to post on here! The email to my husband on 18th Jan is laughable... I will leave you a review on Facebook! No problem!

Got my vision blind today which was made and delivered within 5 days. Im very pleased with the fit and quality. I want to do each room in these blinds and wont be going anywhere else. Well done Blinds Superstore and many thanks for the service you have provided.

I just placed my scecond order as I'm delighted with my first order my blinds fit perfectly I called and gave me good advice on how to measure my windows I needed extra spacers and they provide them free of charge easy to fit to your windows and look great I would highly recommend.

Blinds arrived as expected...As per instructions easy to fit.. great service and product

The blinds were really good, came on time and at a good price. Everything was perfect!!

Order few things from them, and they made some major mistakes on the dimensions I asked. It takes ages for them to send me the right stuff. It has been a month now and I am still waiting.
