Just as the first time I’ve ordered from this website, 6 months ago, everything went smooth. After I’ve renovated my kitchen by using roller blinds, I’ve realized I also need something fresh and new for the living room. Even if I am the type of person that cooks a lot and therefore spends most of the time in my kitchen, I still cannot neglect the other spaces from my home. It arrived next to my door in a few working days and I’ve installed them fairly easy. I truly appreciate the consistency in offering high quality customer services.

Great value, expect a long delivery time.
If you don’t mind waiting you get a good product for a really good price.

The finished product and the service are both very good. I’ve found them by chance and I’ve made up my mind really quickly on placing an order because the prices are very low. Personally, I didn’t have any kind of issue with the delivery, it was within the time period, 7 days to be precise. I installed the blinds very quickly, it was very simple. Also, I am very happy with how they look. I am sure I will be using them for a long time since the blinds are high quality and seem pretty durable. Great deal, great value. Good job, keep it up!

My experience with ordering from blindsuk was very good, there wasn’t any problem. Order delivered in time, excellent customer service, and the wooden blinds I got have no defects.
They also look truly great for some of the lowest prices on the market. For anyone that is looking for high quality, I am more than certain you are going to find what you need on their website. I was very pleased with them.

We ordered our blinds January and was later emailed to advise us delivery would be a lot longer than expected. We were offer a refund but was in no rush so continued with the order.
Our blinds finally arrived today and we are very happy with them.
as long as you read reviews and are aware of the deliver time scales then there should be no problem.

Service was great I had a few questions and they were quick to respond. I used telephone and email.
They advised 14 day delivery arrived in 7 days. Well packed. Courier service they use keeps you up to date. Quality of blinds very good. So far I'm overall very happy. Thank you . The Venetian blind looks great and colour identical to sample

My experience with ordering from blindsuk was a great one. Although I knew what I was looking for, wooden blinds to be more precise, I was constantly struggling to find something fair priced and with a good looking colour. Recently, I’ve found this website and after finding what I was looking for and getting a free sample I finally made an order which arrived in only 9 days. I am very happy that I’ve finally found what I needed and I am sure it was the best deal for me.

I was very surprised to see that in spite of the pandemic situation that we are facing, I’ve had a smooth experience. The blinds look exceptional and so my windows are completely changed. My order arrived after only 5 days and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I am sure I will be coming back in the future for some more high quality blinds. Gladly recommended!

I would like to say I am very pleased with their service. The website is very easy to use, it’s very easy to order and they have a wide variety of blinds whilst also having the really nice option of free samples to see whether they actually have what you want. My order arrived in 10 days and I managed to install them myself with ease. On top of all that, the prices are some of the lowest if not the lowest on the market! All things considered, everything was beyond reproach.

I have decided to try wooden blinds for the first time and I must say everything I’ve read on the internet and heard from my friends is spot on accurate. They look so good and the quality is top-notch. Not only that but the order arrived in time and they kept me up to date with all the delivery stages.

Not long time ago I was wondering how would a shutter fit into my kitchen and now I have a really good looking one. Very high quality and not only that but the functionality is great. Another great reason why they are a great choice is how they are easy to maintain and arguably the best choice for a kitchen if you are looking to enhance it with aesthetics and not worry about your window coverings. For anyone out there that has been struggling in the past, they are trustworthy, great job!

Avoid this company, put in an order on 28/01/21 and was told delivery would be in 10-14 days. It is now 02/03/21 and still no signs. Have contacted them twice and no response. Have other blinds from blinds direct and they were first class.

Placed order a month ago with a lead date of 10-14 dys nothing arrived no correspondence from the company,chased it up to be told new date of 1st March still no delivery or contact from the company shocking service thinking of cancelling now as still no idea when I can expect delivery of these blinds

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered from Blinds UK as website stated 10-14 days delivery. Four weeks later still no sign of the blinds so chased it up and received a reply stating that order would be a further two weeks - over 6 weeks delivery time in total. No communication received beforehand to let me know there would be a delay. On top of that, when they eventually did arrive the blinds looked nothing like the picture on the website so I would strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing from this company. Never again will I use Blinds UK.

When you are searching through the reviews. Check how many 1 reviews are on here in between other reviews. I ordered blinds through this company on January 17th with a 14 day lead time. It is now end of February. Refund promised but not received. I also ordered small blinds through blinds2go for the bathroom and en-suite. These were delivered within days! If other blind companies are £10 or £20 more I implore you to pay the extra for better customer service. Looking at the reviews below the quality has been poor too. I will be taking this to court for my money back, court costs and interest. Look at their website and gauge for yourself.

AVOID LIES ABOUT DELIVERY

I wanted 2 new matching Roman blinds for my spare bedroom. They warned me that there would be a delay and I was OK with that as I expected it during these unprecedented times. They arrived today and were installed without any problems at all. They look amazing and the quality and finish is exceptional. Thanks Blinds UK, I shall order again soon!

I have just had 3 roman blinds from Blindsuk, which I am very pleased with. They were well made, easy to fit and look lovely. I would definitely use them again.

Great customer service. Easy and speedy to converse with. I had inadvertently not specified the brackets I needed, and they were sent to me as soon as they were available, without prompting. Blind is now up and is great.
I have had several blinds form them in the past and they will always be my first port of call.
