Im very disappointed in this company

Im very disappointed in this company. I order a product in may , and I know the mail is slow due to this cornavirus. But every time I check the status if my order, it hasnt left the warehouse. They tell me its in transit. Its been that way for a month. And no one gets back to me with a satisfying !!answer

Scam company, don't order from them

Placed order on May 3rd and still no order. Sent multiple emails and they said that they would send me another order but no order yet. I called USPS and they told me that they never received the package to begin with.

The product took 3 weeks to arrive

The product took 3 weeks to arrive. It may be a good product but did not fit me properly. I immediately asked for a refund and was told I had to send 4 pictures of the product (attached to me, I assume) and then there would be more paperwork. The other option was to keep the posture corrector and receive 30% refund so as not to tie me up with paperwork. Nowhere in the return policy does it mention sending pictures. It is a 30-day money back guarentee. I told them I would not send pictures of myself through the internet and to please tell me where to return the product with a full refund. Still waiting for an answer. I believe you can buy these products at Amazon and probably have a much easier time returning.

Buy somewhere else! Scam

Horrible! I bought it on May 22nd and yet nothing. My back pain is killing me and I can't afford to buy another one somewhere else if they don't return my money. I wanted to give a chance to someone who is not Amazon, to let other companies have an opportunity to grow, but I made a terrible mistake.
I feel helpless, it's not fair. It's dishonest actually.

Shady Business

Blue Bear Made has been sending emails promoting fear propaganda to undermine peaceful protest, meanwhile they have not gotten around to shipping the order I placed back in May. I went ahead and ordered a bunion thing for my son, who had seen an ad on YouTube. I paid them on May 19th and have been waiting patiently. I sent an email to their customer service and a Rep named Glenda T was supposed to research the shipping and tracking issue and get back to me. Well...she never did. Based on the other reviews I have seen here...this company seems very shady. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

If I could give them 0 out or 5 stars, I would. Horrible horrible company. I placed my order on May 2nd, it is now June 12th. Ridiculous. I wrote them an email on May 30th, to which they replied and blamed the delay on USPS. According to the tracking number, USPS hasn’t even received the package yet. The company still hasn’t shipped it. I wrote them another email today, demanding my money back. Will update IF/WHEN I get a reply and my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Company lacks any sort of moral compass

I did receive the product I ordered and it was a poor fit and ineffective.

I also received a disgraceful, opportunistic, scaremongering and racist marketing email relating to the peaceful demonstrations under way in the US. The email cites mass lootings as a reason to fear being robbed at gunpoint and therefore the need to carry belongings in a concealed bag product that they sell.

Morally bankrupt. This is the first review of anything that I've written in over a year, but I felt so strongly about it.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I was told after placing my order it would be about 3 weeks.
It has now been over 1 month. No communication when I can anticipate order.
and no number to contact. I think over 30 days is unacceptable.
I now have to cancel my order and fight to getmy money back

Do not buy!

Finally got the brace and found out it didn't fit. When I contacted them they offered me a 50 percent refund to keep it. I said no it doesn't fit, I would like a return label and a full refund and now they won't answer my emails. Multiple emails and no response at all. Do not buy from them. More on Amazon to try out.

I have an unopened product from this…

I have an unopened product from this company that was never used and is in the orginal package. This company website states that such an item may be returned for credit. That is a lie, this company refuses to issue a return authorization and to give me credit for that return. This company is a real rip off. No wonder they have 82% one star ratings on Trustpilot. What kind of a company can stay in business with such a poor reputation. Buyer be very aware.

No product was shipped -Disappointed!

I have placed a order for a posture corrector and it has not been delivered. I read other comments on how people have contacted Blue Bear Made and were able to speak to someone about a refund. When ever I call the company all I get is an answering machine with instructions to email for support.
I would appreciate a phone number that someone actually answers the phone.
Please help!

They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a Posture Correction Vest on March 22, which I still haven't received in spite of numerous emails. Yesterday they sent an email stating they credited my account but sent the vest out again by mistake. They obviously don't remember the offer to resend a new vest as their investigations found the first vest was "stolen in transit." I have not been able to check whether my account was credited since I don't have my monthly statement yet. They said the 2nd vest has been sent and asked whether I would resend payment for it. Are they crazy!?!?! Check out all the other 1 star reviews, we're all on the same page!

This is a scam site, they won’t send you your product. There’s some really great ones on amazon however that are way better and you’ll actually get the product! Hope this helps!

If I could rate them negative one I would. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I ordered a posture corrector. After three weeks of the shipping information indicationing that USPS haf not received the item, I contacted Blue Bear customer service. They assured me they would follow up with me in 24-48 hours. A week and several emails later, I have not heard back. If you are considering buying from this vendor, it would be less painful to take twice the amount you would have spent and flush it down the toilet. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible. Stay away.

Have sent 3 messages asking for status…

Have sent 3 messages asking for status of order and if I can change the mailing address. Have no idea why a quick email can't be sent to follow-up.
Additionally the phone is not working....how convenient.
