I recently decided to have my double glazed windows replaced and having dealt with Bluemanor previously for some patio doors I asked them back to quote for the job. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure with no 'if you place an order today ....' offers and a fully documented quotation explaining what was included.

Once I have placed the order, the service team kept me updated on progress and next steps and we picked an installation date which suited both of us including a call the afternoon before to confirm everything was set up and the times of arrival.

The installation itself was first class. The fitters were on time, worked quickly and as cleanly as possible whilst providing a first class finish to the windows. They took time to show me how the windows operate before leaving. I also received a follow-up call from the service team to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it certainly was.

Overall, this was a first-class experience and anyone looking to have windows or doors installed or replaced should certainly consider working with Bluemanor; I have already recommended them to one of my friends who is looking for similar home improvements

Great team at Bluemanor, we had a replacement of our window and doors to our whole house carried out over two days. The quality and professionalism was of the highest standard. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had cladding and we are thrilled with it.
Two men came, took old rendering off and prepped the wall ready . Next day a different man came. It rained most of the day, he just carried on working right through it. He is a real ‘old school’ worker. When he finished he cleaned everywhere. He took all the rubble and swept up, all looks better than before he came . The cladding is great, we are super pleased with the whole job .

We had a full conservatory replacement turning this into a proper habitable extension utilising existing foundations. Bluemanor took care of everything, from initial computer images, dismantling old conservatory, building the new extension and dealing with the building control. The builders were great, on time every day, polite and left everything spotless. Everything was done in a short space of time considering the work involved. 10/10, would 100% recommend. We have also used blue manor for a whole house of brand new acoustic faux sash windows, and they were brilliant for this as well.

8 months and 3 doors to get a door that worked. And the DIRECTOR blamed us. I'd have given 0/5 if it was an option. They drove us to the edge. Avoid at all costs.

We had our windows replaced by Bluemanor, and I was extremely impressed by the customer experience, the quality of advice given as to available options and the quality and efficiency of the whole installation. This was top class. The showroom is really good to see all options and Deo showed the final choices in an excellent computer simulation of the final installation. We were extremely happy with the work by Anthony and Austin to install the windows. Their work quality was really outstanding and they left the house looking very tidy each evening.

I had a kitchen window and back door installed the lads was very polite and helpful we are very pleased with the work and would recommend them

Having used Bluemanor for my windows and doors some five or so years ago, I noticed that one of the doors was not closing correctly and was worried as I was due to go away a few days later. Whilst I knew I had guarantees, I have always found companies reluctant to fix things within the guarantee in the past. I called Bluemanor and was honestly blown away by how helpful and accommodating they were, nothing was too much of a problem. Within 48 hours, somebody had visited me and put the door right again all within the guarantee and nothing to pay. This company really were there for me and fulfilled the promises they made to me all those years ago when I chose to use them. Superior service!

Once again Blue Manor Windows provide outstanding customer service, with care and to support.

This morning an issue arose with a door at my property.

I left a message before working hours on the company answering machine. I then followed this up with a contact call.

Bless everyone for being so quick to respond. The service engineer is on holiday, but one of the senior staff will be calling on me later this morning to ensure that the issue is addressed temporarily and a date made for a firm fix for this issue.

Superb, sublime and unsurpassable - I am so glad that I chose this company, and recommend them to others as often as I can.

I can rest easy now as an Estate Agent will be taking photographs of the property later today and my temporary fix as useful as it is, is just so unappealing and sticks out like a sore thumb.

We had a new front door fitted by Anthony and Austin in December they were punctual, polite, clean and hard working, it's an old house with a outward opening door with cables coming into the house through the porch however it wasn't a problem and they had it done in a couple of hours, would definitely recommend, will be using again for new windows this year.

Tania was a great sales adviser, very knowledgeable no pressure and because of her we ended up ordering more! What was no-fold doors turned into bi fold doors, two window and a set of french doors. COVID slowed things down and there were a few hiccups but Tania sorted them. Fitter Anthony and Austin fix a great job, clean tidy and polite throughout, great job! Site we will be back for more!
