Terrible. Used to be amazing.

Used to be amazing. I purchased all shoes (school patent shoes, trainers, urban boots etc) for my two children there for several years with no problem and they held beautifully. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill for the past two years, which seems to have happened when they went bankrupt and got bought out. There is never any stock in the sizes we need. The school shoe selection is now non-existent. I wrote to customer service to know if this was a temporary issue but got no response and seeing the other reviews it seems there is now no customer service to speak of anymore. A shame as they used to be wonderful and it was so helpful to have a trusted brand you can just buy the next size up in. Would love for them to let us know when they turn it around as I'd happily come back. But for now I've taken my business elsewhere.

Awful customer service i would avoid

I bought a couple pairs of shoes back in February. I returned a pair and have been struggling to get a response from customer service regarding my refund.

I have emailed multiple times but no one replies. Absolutely shocking given how much the shoes cost. At this point, I’m not sure how to get my refund.

The shoes themselves are well made and of good quality. A shame about customer service.

Don’t buy from them

I ordered two pairs of shoes, but only one pair was delivered while I was charged the full amount. I tried contacting their customer service team for two weeks and received no response. I eventually had to contact my bank to recover the money. Extremely poor service from this company.

Please be aware of scam!

Please be aware! They don't respond on refund enquiries despite sending back a £50-60 shoes! They don't engage in the customer service email or contact form on their website. This is a scam!

Very poor company

Very poor company, poor customer service, they don’t offer returns, and dont expect a reply from customer service before the end of the world. Clearly a company that hasn’t advanced with time. I won’t ever use them again and i will make sure people know.
I should have read the reviews before !

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. I purchased a pair of Bobux sandals from a local shop (which has since closed), and they fell apart in under four months. I contacted Bobux directly, provided proof of purchase, images of the box and the damaged sandals, but was told they couldn’t help because the shoes weren’t bought directly from them.

I wasn’t expecting a refund, but I did expect a reasonable solution—like offering a replacement or at least inspecting the faulty product. Instead, they offered 20% off my next purchase, which I declined due to the poor quality and even worse customer service.

I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend their products.

At best they are incompetent, possibly

Really poor company. Their behavior made me think they were a scam firm. Seems like they take orders and can't fulfil them, possibly hoping people forget to chase them for a refund.
After a week of chasing them across email and social media, they claimed the items ordered were out of stock and that they had emailed to tell me that. They had not sent an email and they had not refunded the order.
I am still waiting for a refund.
Directors are Justin Gerard Francis MORGAN and Michele Marie MORGAN.
Avoid.

POOR & LAZY customer service

Quality shoes
Rubbish customer service.
Have purchased expensive two pairs of shoes and received only one pair.
After a week I sent them an email enquiring where is second pair of shoes for my younger daughter? They both wanted the same shoes.
They told me out of stock and we will issue your refund within 5-7 working days
Hey?
Shouldn’t you have told me that before sending first pair of shoes or at least not waiting me to contact you and chase where are shoes and where is my money??
Personally I would have declined both pairs because both girls wanted the same winter shoes.
When we got first pair, we thought soon the other pair will follow.. surely they would notify us, right.
Shame on you to provide such a poor customer service!

Non existent customer service

Daylight robbery - No Shoes, No Money.

I really wish I'd read these reviews before spending £120 on shoes that I wont get. I purchased 2 pairs of boots from the company and while paying through Paypal an old delivery address was pulled through - I noticed immediately and contacted Bobux via their contact form as well as via email thinking it wouldnt be a problem and they'd update the billing address.

5 days later - the responses are so few and far between ( less than 1 per day) with a real 'computer says no attitude' that the shoes have now been delivered to the wrong address with no way of me getting them back.

Customer service is absolutely appalling with no view of helping and supporting the customer.

Suggest you go elsewhere for expensive children's shoes even when trying to do the right thing and work with an small business.

Really poor. They are not cheap and 2 pairs practically fell apart. Stitching came out and the front part came away on both.
Use other barefoot companies!

charging money for nothing and awful return process

Charges too much for the standard postage £6.5 + you return at your own cost. Return process is really awkward - you need to fill in old-fashioned form with lots of details including the item code. And guess what? They don’t include the item code on your order confirmation, neither electronic or digital so have to check in their web-site and hope for the best that my return would work

Charge way too much for postage

Charge way too much for postage! £6 for using Evri is extortionate. Plus not having free returns either. The shoes are a bit hit and miss with quality too

Waste of money

Firstly a number of shoes that I purchased from them are not bendy at all. It does feel like they are different from any of the highstreet shoes for toddlers which sell them for 1/3 of the price.

Secondly, I had returned a pair of shoes to them months ago.
They said that another warehouse that they have nothing to do with received them. That was the address on the package they had sent me.
I have asked for an update on my refund multiple times and they always say they will chase it but absolutely no update. Its been months.

Will not be buying from them again. Have also told my friends to not do either.
