Received damaged product
I had an issue with my order as the product arrived damaged, but Bohairmia were incredibly helpful. They responded immediately and arranged a replacement within minutes, which arrived very quickly. Exceptional customer service — thank you!

Had an amazing experience every time I ordered. Initially used the website to buy 1000ml Moroccanoil products, but started ordering other products from them since I found the website very reliable and my previous experiences more than satisfactory.

I have used this company for a while…
I have used this company for a while and recommend them to friends who i know use them too. The products have taken a few days to turn up but this time it took nearly 2 weeks and had to be sent out a second time due to Evri loosing the 1st parcel the company sent them out again and both packages arrived within a day of each other. So great service from Bohairmia but horrendous service from Evri. Maybe another courier for deliveries going forward

Perfection in every way
Perfection in every way. I was able to purchase a fabulous hairdryer that was unavailable everywhere else. Bohairmia were extremely helpful in answering all my questions, while ordering and delivery were in lightning quick time. I shall certainly come back as a return customer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
