We are very sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged.
As we are shipping fragile products, we have special insurances for damages that occur during shipping. May we therefor kindly ask to contact our customer service, providing your order number (info@bohero.eu). We would like to advice not to throw away any products or packaging yet, as they will ask for pictures. All damages, mentioned to us within the 5 days after receiving the products and by providing the requested pictures are fully reimbursed.
In the meantime we would like to apologise for the inconvenience.
