Excellent advice given prior to my purchase of a stunning Fedora Hat. Just love it! It was posted out very promptly but with the postal strikes it did take a bit longer to get to me. Highly recommend this company if you want something a bit different.

Even though the first pair of jeans I ordered were too small, it was an easy return and replacement was sent very quickly.
The quality of the jeans is fantastic and the scarf is beautiful.

Sorry, but received the wrong shoes! Then emailed the company 3 times and had no response! Had to contact them directly on Instagram to get a response.. then I had to get someone stay at my house to collect the wrong shoes they delivered, received the correct item now, thought they could of refunded my delivery charge, but instead got nothing! Sorry, but not really customer focused for me… you only know what a company is truly like, when something goes wrong.
I’ve just read your reply! What you forgot to mention is that it was not an “instant reply on Instagram” and the email you sent yesterday was rather sarcastic, and I asked you not to email me again!
I did send you the emails that I sent and didn’t receive a reply! My boots were not collected in the morning, but late afternoon. The boots you resent came 3 days later and they were delivered to a neighbours house, not signed for. I was lucky to have honest neighbours.
Sorry, but for me, I didn’t receive good customer service.

I ordered two beautiful Aztec print clothing items. The quality and fit are excellent, and my order was beautifully packaged and delivered within the promised timescale.

A great item I have been trying to find & purchase for a year.
Improvement would be a size 16 or 18 to be more comfortable.

great communication and top quality jacket - perfect size.

The kimono is a lovely item and well-priced. I think it gives me the versatility to wear as an autumn/spring/and summer item. Quite long so I will need to wear with heels so it doesn't drag on the floor (I am just under 5ft 4in). Despite the delays with the postal service, I received it quite quickly.
