Booked a taxi online. It never turned up. Initial 10 cents taken from bank followed by 39 euros a few days later. Apparently you are also signing up to a monthly subscription. I was unaware of that. Cancelled.

J'utilise ce système depuis 3 ans pour mes cours et j'en suis 100% satisfaite. Service client aux USA, il faut parler anglais mais très réactif.
Ils méritent amplement leurs 5 étoiles.

Attempted to book a taxi that never showed then 3 days later was charged $70 ???? Haven’t heard back from customer service. Resulted in disputing the transaction with the bank.

Do not use this company total scam. Firstly apparently to book a taxi you pay 10p and then a month later they go into your account and take a subscription of £33.46 without you even knowing.

Contacted them as the subscription was not even my name. They refused to refund my money.

Had the ordasaty to apologise about the name but you didn't cancel the subscription within the 72hr period. Im a single mom and every penny is needed.

They must make a fortune out of working hard people.

Déjà j'ai eu peur de ne jamais voir mon taxi arriver après avoir versé les 10 centimes mais il a fini par arriver (j'ai appelé le service client pour m'en assurer car rien ne bougeait sur ma commande) puis j'ai été prélevée ensuite de 39 euros, l'abonnement automatique est très mal indiqué et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser !
Je déconseille ce site !

Se fate l'errore di prenotare un taxi che (spoiler) non arriverà mai , subito dopo fate la disdetta su sito di Rezervassist. Sennò vi addebitano 39 euro.

Unter der Nummer war nur Warteschleifen-Musik. Uns fehlen echt die Worte und der Urlaub ist ruiniert!!!

Wir haben jetzt unsere Rechtsschutzversicherung den Fall übergeben und können nur jeden deutlich warnen, den gleichen Fehler zu machen und sich auf dieses unseriöse Unternehmen zu verlassen! Unserer Uelaub ist nun den Bach runter, sehr viel Geld umsonst gezahlt und wollen das nur jeden anderen ersparen!

Taxi besteld via hun in Valencia, €0,10 betaald voor de verificatie en prompt 2 dagen later wordt er €39 afgeschreven van mijn bankrekening! Ik heb hier nooit toestemming voor gegeven, noch heb ik mij aangemeld voor een abonnement op hun diensten. Ik ga vandaag nog aangifte doen bij de politie.

Please do not go to this platform !! They are thefts. Not only they did cancel my taxi reservation to the airport and almost missed my flight but also charge you 39€ monthly !!!! Honestly I don’t know how they did this, never agree to any of this terms, only tried to book a taxi and they ask you your card number to change 0.10€ to confirm your booking. Then they just charge 39€ few days after !!!

Have noting to do with these crowd was in Spain for a week downloaded app asked for card number to use when order taxis never used them took 39e subscription yearly and can’t phone them or get in touch to get my money back Iv got a fraud department on to them please do not use them ever

Leider wie bei den anderen Bewertungen. Taxi Reservierung erst bestätigt, dann kam keins und dann würde später storniert. Es sollte 10 Cent als Test sein. Dann stellte es auch als Abo Falle heraus!

Never using Bookeo again! We ordered taxi in advance, everything was confirmed via SMS and email and it looked good. We waited for the taxi for an hour, nobody showed up, nobody picked up my call at the assistance center. They charge you 10 cents for registration, that’s okay, but after 72 hours it’s 39 euros per month! For something that’s not working? No thanks….

Très mauvaise expérience
J'ai voulu commander un taxi la veille pour le lendemain matin de bonne heure à Barcelone et ce dernier n'est jamais venu.
J'ai eu la Très désagréable surprise d'avoir été débitée de 39 euros le 8 mai dernier.
Comment me faire rembourser ?

Très en colère car nous avons réservé jeudi 9 avril au soir un taxi qui n'est jamais venu pour 0.10 centimes on n'allait rien dire mais aujourd'hui dimanche voir son compte débité de 39 euros ça nous met en colère marre de se faire b

Many of these negative reviews are for a company named Bookeo24, which does appear to be a scam, but is in no way affiliated with Bookeo.com. Bookeo is a reputable company with thousands of happy customers all around the world. I have worked for Bookeo, but I am not a spokesperson. I just wanted to let people know that most of these reviews are not for Bookeo.

Il 14 febbraio 2026 abbiamo prenotato un taxi alla stazione ferroviaria di Peschiera del Garda. Il tempo di attesa era meno di 10 minuti ed il taxi si è presentato dopo 30 minuti. La prenotazione è stata effettuata con carta di credito con verifica di € 0,10 ma il taxi è stato saldato in contanti per circa € 15/20. Adesso mi sono trovato un addebito di € 39. Pessimi.

I booked a taxi to collect me from a hotel in Germany to go to the airport and it never showed up. I then rang around local taxi firms and now have to wait an hour for a taxi. They had a call from Bookeo at the same time I was on the line. bookeo had never made anreservation despite having an email confirmation.
I may miss my flight home. I am seething and now very stressed.

SCAM. Tried (and failed) to book a taxi with them. They took a .09E payment, then they tried to take £35ish which my bank blocked. Customer 'service' facility seems fake - no responses.

I cancelled my reservation 10 minutes after i reserved AND still had to pay the drive !!!!! So wrote the customer service, have no news.... It was also written it can cost 14 euros ... they took me 38 euros !!!
