Our first campaign was already live when we contacted the agency. They suggested to relaunch our campaign and did not take our money and run like another agency did. We began our assignment with a rundown of 500-600 contacts and around 1100 followers. Our Youtube channel had good reach. We had to drive everything from our side, including create our own campaign page after the first one looked terrible! We delayed our campaign based on there advice which turned out to be detrimental...only thing positive was the write up of the PR but no response over weekends or public holidays and you have to chase them for everything...we didn't have a good experience.

We have to report a very negative experience and are indeed very surprised in view of all the positive comments.
We received an excellent first response with a request for some additional information that we supplied.
Then, despite two "chasers" - we have heard nothing since (over two weeks) - not even an acknowledgement to tell us that they did not like our project!
