Just received my first hearing aids.
Just received my first hearing aids.
The consultant was Alex Higgins.
We previously met 10 days before on my initial appointment.
I was a bit nervous as I did not have a good experience a few years ago with another company.
I can honestly say that I felt totally relaxed and found his knowledge and advice boosted my confidence.
I have been wearing the hearing aids now for a number of days and every day I am feeling more confident in myself.
My advice is to try Boots and hopefully you too will receive a life changing experience.

Very relaxed interview and the Boots…
Very relaxed interview and the Boots representative took me through all of the steps required to make the final choice of hearing aid.
Areas of improvement are
Boots accounts department not linked to the local representative. So no ability to provide feedback.
The software used is quite sophisticated but could be Improved to make selection easier although I appreciate aids are very expensive and a lot of people are restricted by costs.
The discount for only one aid is not a 50% reduction as I would have expected.
