Adam Lock is outstanding.
He has long cared for my Mum, and her late Husband, and she is so grateful to him. He is kind, patient, speaks eloquently, and his diction is invaluable as she can hear him. He allays her fears, and makes her feel that she isn’t stupid.
A brilliant outcome today, and very much appreciated by me also, to see the smile on her face when she could hear properly again. Many thanks Adam for your perseverance and expertise.

My experience was extremely professional, organised and timely on all occasions. I would definitely recommend Boots Hearingcare in Basingstoke. The systems used worked perfectly and I am extremely grateful for my new hearing aids. It will change my life because I can actually hear everything.
