I was made to feel at ease straight…
I was made to feel at ease straight away, had my hearing test and was told of all the options open to me. Each option was fully explained to me and I was able to make my choice straight away.

I had a very thorough hearing test .and was pleased with the information and advise I was given going forward .

I was impressed by the range of hearing aids available and how effectively they appear to work. I like the idea of the 90 day trial period.(I am currently on day two!) The audiologist, Mariam, was knowledgeable, accessible and very understanding. She is a skilled practitioner, who the company should be very pleased to have in their employ.
