I’m not sure that the person I dealt with was as knowledgeable as they could be, especially when it got to the finance. “If you pay in full you could take them away, take out the interest free option you have to wait a week for a new pair”

Excellent person explained everything…
Excellent person explained everything about this hearing aid to me. No pressure.I wore it for 45 minutes in the Shopping Mall, to make sure it was comfortable and then went back to see the consultant and confirm I wanted to buy it. A good experience. Thank you .

Sidra my Audiologist
Sidra my Audiologist was great, her knowledge and ability to go through everything I needed to know was exceptional from start to finish, even making me spend all of that money, but after 5 days with the new Phonak its something I should have done much earlier. Delighted with both Sidra & Phonak.
