Outstanding customer care carried out by the pharmacy staff this evening who went above and beyond to help me with my son’s prescription prior to closing the store. Once again thanks for sorting everything out for us.

Fabulous but the aids were too expensive and I felt embarrassed that I couldn’t afford them

The hearing test went ok.
It wasn't until I indicated I would go through the NHS the attitude of the Audiologist changed. I requested a copy of report was told could not have it, am sure this goes against their professional standards. I certainly would not buy hearing aids from Boots.VERY POOR experience

I booked a service appointment for my hearing aids. The audiologist, Lee Barrington noticed that the wires from the aids to my ear were slightly too short to allow full engagement of the “domes” into the ear. He exchanged them for longer ones altered the profiling of the aids and the hearing improvement was significant. I am beyond delighted and a big thank you to Lee for his help and explanations.

The assistant who did my hearing test was very approachable and easy to talk to about my hearing problems, the process of having my hearing tested was easy and comfortable to go through, I was able to try out some hearing aids before I boughtt them and was comfortable asking question s about the up keep and use of them, I am pleased with my experience.

Lee was fantastic explained everything made my mum feel comfortable and at ease . Didn't pressure us into buying the dearest aids even tho we did.aftercare is amazing.

The audiologist, Lee Barrington, was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional throughout the entire process. I had full faith in his opinion and the hearing aids I bought have made a noticeable difference in my ability to hear the higher frequencies.
