Aysdha was pleasant and capable . Felt I was being serviced as opposed to being sold when one had to be alert to being misled . The use of a voice machine to test the words spoken was reassuring .

Ayesha was so helpful every step of the way. She explained every part of the hearing test, was very patient and made the whole process informative and interesting. Lots of information given with the results and how each ear was affectDed. Explained each available hearing aid and what they could do in all situations. The follow ups were great, all questions answered and aftercare offered if needed. Couldn't have gone better. Thankyou Ayesha Bibi.

5stars to Taz at Bromsgrove
Taz in Bromsgrove talked me through everything that would happen. I have had my hearing aids now for 2 weeks, and it lovely not to be continuously saying pardon, or what did they say whilst watching TV. Very Happy.

Audiologist was patient and explained…
Audiologist was patient and explained everything I needed to know. She clarified anything I was unsure of. When I collected my hearing aids I did not feel rushed and only left when I felt confident.I went in on the off chance the following day to to ensure I was fitting them correctly. She watched me and agreed all was well. Well done Taz.
