Very happy with my appointment with Ben. Very professional and explained in detail about the hearing test process. Returning on the 14th December to collect my new hearing aids. I will be recommending yourselves as my experience was 100%

Everything was explained in a very calm manner and I feel more comfortable about wearing a hearing aid in both ear.

Excellent and clear advice and tests on my somewhat dodgy hearing. Boots give you the choice of paying for aids on a monthly basis which I was looking for. I am still getting used to them only having
had them for a week! They need some adjustment so hence only giving a 4 out of 5 so far.

Jessica is experienced and very empathetic. No sense of being rushed and all the necessary time to deal with questions and explanations.

My appointment with Ben today was 5 stars. Nothing is any bother to him.

My audiologist Kelly. Was very friendly and explained everything very well . She was obviously familiar with the tests and handled them very competently. I felt there was no pressure to buy, but she made me trust her. She answered all my questions.
I hope I will not have to use my 90 day guarantee

People and service fantastic but the only ones available to try are the most expensive. Not helpful when you are stressed already I would have preferred to try cheap first then work up if necessary
