Neill was patient and explained things carefully. For example, getting used to hearing aids is a marathon not a sprint. That was good advice. Having an adviser to 'hold my hand' so to speak is invaluable. Glad I didn't buy online.

Felt I had in depth testing to find out my hearing loss and confident that I have the best hearing aid to overcome this

From my initial appointment for hearing test and to my subsequent collection of hearing aids I couldn’t ask for better treatment.Not only was the receptionist very polite and friendly but the Audiologist was outstanding in the way that he described what would be best for my hearing (no hard sales talk).On collecting my hearing aids the Audiologist was very thorough in going through the description of what the aids could do and she was very helpful to the questions I had .So far so good 😊.

Great service and very informative

From the very start of the process Neill was very helpful and clear and listened to my needs . I was not rushed at any point and had a number of appointments in assisting me to get used to the hearing aids. He gave me the necessary confidence to adjust to hearing again. As a bird watcher I can now hear all the bird calls clearly.

A very comprehensive hearing test. Attention to detail and a friendly and helpful service.

Arrived at the centre at High Chelmer for a 1.30 pm appointment. I was a few minutes early, but found the centre closed with the security shutters down. I phoned the store but there was no answer. I then called 0345 270 1600, only to be told there was no record of my appointment. I called the centre the following day, and was told they were open, but had gone to lunch. There was no sign on the shutter to this effect.

Care at hearing centre and advice was excellent which helped me to understand the problem I had and how to resolve this. Just a little confused with the pricing and offers that were being advertised and did not apply to the hearing aids i selected.

The audiologist was very thorough and attentive. The equipment and facilities were excellent. My hearing loss was accurately mapped and the equipment needed to improve my hearing was identified. I did not feel that the sole purpose of the test was to sell me hearing aids.

I had an initial hearing arranged a full Ted and choose suitable hearing aid for following Monday. Telephone reminder to bring someone with me. Friend took day off to come went in pouring rain arrived but store closed! Have had no contact at all only a letter on Wednesday reminding me of my Monday appointment.!now text message saying book a free initial test. Terrible service
