Very good service and information given clearly. So pleased that I was given future appointments and that I was given phased hearing sounds to so that I can become accustomed to my new hearing.

From my first visit to the Boots hearing care specialist, MICHAEL was very patient with my questions and explained the results of my initial hearing test in a professional yet simple way so that I understood the process. For personal reasons I let some time lapse before going back to order my hearing aids at which time Michael made sure nothing had changed and that I was still happy and comfortable with the product I had chosen. I am happily wearing them now and can only say that they are comfortable and very easy to wear and use and look forward to my follow up with Michael. I will definitely recommend to friends/family or anyone who asks where I went for my hearing concerns. EXCELLENT

It was very thorough and I received my hearing aids within 2 days.

We spoke with Haden who certainly knew his stuff. He was friendly, informative and never pushy which, having been in Sales myself, I really appreciated. I bought hearing aids from another supplier, some years ago, but their explanation of my real needs, and how to satisfy them, fell well below Haden's standard.
Now looking forward to our "set up" meeting this evening.

Hayden is very competent and polite practitioner who made me feel at ease throughout my appointment.

I was given a hearing test by Michael Crawley at your Cheltenham store even though I was at the store to order an ear plug, to reduce sound in my left ear. I suffer with high pitched tinnitus which I had managed very well so that it didn't interfere with my day to day life and no sleep problems. Mr Crawley insisted on carrying out another hearing test even though I had already had one at a previous appointment with a very nice man in Tewkesbury store. I specifically pointed out to Mr Crawley, NOT to put any high pitched sounds in my ears as this would worsen the tinnitus. He ignored my request, put loud high pitched noises in the ears with the ear phones. I now have a persistent extremely loud high pitched fire alarm going off in both ears. This has seriously affected my daily life and I now have sleepless nights. Mr Crawley informed me that his role within Boots was to sell hearing aids for the company, irrespective of customer health and safety. He advised that the £4000 hearing aids would cure my tinnitus. We all know that tinnitus is not curable. My life is ruined. Well done Boots . Profit at the expense of your customers is your sole aim - is it?

Had all confidence in the fitting of the hearing aids. Was kept informed into all that was happening, the audiologist made me feel at ease and no question went unanswered

I thought Mike was a great person and very helpful throughout. Not pushy and taking my thoughts on board. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I liked the fact that great care was taken to make sure I understood everything about my hearing and my new hearing aids.Also if I do have any problems I can always get help from Boots.
