The whole experience at Boots Hearing Care was of a very high standard. From initial assessment, to ear wax removal and then the full assessment and fitting of hearing aids. Staff were thoughtful, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the entire process. Staff listened to my concerns addressing them thoroughly. I felt under no pressure to make a purchase, I was just given the relevant information about the products and pricing . Would highly recommend.

Audiologists wonderful, but distribution wanting! Orders requested correctly , but wrong colour of aids delivered, and then replacements not delivered when expect resulting in a couple of weeks delay and changes in appointments.Was offered use- temporarily - of wrong coloured aids but I declined. Seems a minor problem but considering the cost I expected more efficiency.

Well looked after. Treated as a person. Only sold me which was best for my condition, NOT pushed into dear models which I liked.

The Audiologist's examination was excellent. Lisa Dean was thorough and answered all my questions clearly.

Excellent experience from the moment I arrived, everything was explained to me in great detail, the tests carried out were very well done and then the options available to me were given to me in great detail, then the choice was mine, no pressure applied, choose what you feel comfortable with. I have been to Cheshire oaks boots to get my hearing aids by Chris but I was disappointed . I’d phone with a problem and I could not get an appointment. So phoned boots hearing care who got me appointment in Chester with grace who has been extremely good to me and helped me out to get what needed I would give her high credit she knows her clients come first thanks

My wife and I attended the hearing test which was for my wife who is profoundly deaf to explore what options Boots Hearing could offer us.
The young lady, Grace, who looked after my wife could not have been more helpful, Grace was also very knowledgeable and patiently took us through the various options, answering our questions and explaining everything, but with no pressure to buy.
We are both very happy with the quality of customer care we received.
