The audiologist was friendly &…

The audiologist was friendly & explained everything in detail. Asking every so often if I understood everything. He included my husband in the questions. Fitting the hearing aid was demonstrated & explained as well as setting up the app on my phone. Again explaining how it works. I was very happy with the process so far.

Very expensive Hearing aid product has…

Very expensive Hearing aid product has appalling sound quality via bluetooth voice calls and streaming. Drops connection, lots of pops and static and people on the other end of the call can bearly hear my conversation.
