My Aunt Anna who is 82 had an excellent…
My Aunt Anna who is 82 had an excellent experience today on Tuesday 11 April 23.
I came with her for ear wax removal and Anna was treated by the trainee Audiologist Olivia.
Olivia was caring towards Anna and took her time to extract the wax that had caused Anna’s hearing problems.
Olivia gave an explanation of what she was doing and caused no pain.
What a big difference for Anna so when she got home she could hear the kettle boiling!
She took time to adjust to the noise in the Mall but did not miss the silence.
Well Done Olivia and Boots

The lady who checked my hearing was…
The lady who checked my hearing was very helpful and thorough. I really felt that she had got to grips with my hearing problem. I look foward to getting my hearing aid tomorrow and seeing how much it will improve my hearing.
