At last I can hear !
My initial private hearing aid appointment was in Didcot on Friday 30th June…. My audiologist was James Hart. James was brilliant, knowledgeable, patient, kind and answered all my questions I pick up my new hearing aids on Friday 7th July

The experience was professional…
The experience was both professional and friendly. James explained the process and answered my questions very clearly. I decided to take out insurance and their telephone answering team are an example to other service providers.
