My Hearing Experience
I didn’t think my hearing was poor even though friend and family told me to get tested. Finally went along to Boots hearing, Sam Ryan was the audiologist he was so professional walked me through the whole process. Helping me to understand the result, options everything was so easy. Now have hearing aids, wished I done it earlier.

The audiologist was great and I hope my hearing aids are as good predicted.
Everything about my experience with Boots hearing test was fine. I would have given 5 stars but I am waiting nearly 1 month for my product to be made and fitted. Also I felt disappointed that the product I chose was most expensive and the 10% off which applied to other products didn’t apply to me.

A successful consultation.
Sam Ryan was patient and explained everything thoroughly. There was no hard sell but he explained the benefits of the hearing aids that I chose. I was with him for over an hour and came away confident that I had chosen the right aids for me.
