Laura was very professional and helpful during my appointment. She carried out the tests and explained the results clearly and showed me all the suitable hearing aids to help me make my choice. I have also been to one aftercare appointment which was also very helpful.

Hearing test experience
Laura the audiologist was very professional in every way possible, finding out my personal needs and lifestyle to guide me to select the best hearing aids. I felt totally relaxed and under no pressure during the whole hearing test.

No worries!
A potentially stressful occasion was made as easy as pie. I had everything explained and tried on the aids. Questions were answered fully and any worries set aside. Couldn’t have been an easier experience.

Because the service I've received so far has been excellent, during the test last Wednesday I was able to hear quite clearly and the tinnitus seemed to vanish,I'm looking forward to getting my hearing aids just so I can once again hear clearly
