Martin the Audiologist was brilliant and gave a fantastic service.

Friendly and professional good explanation

Very good service
Thank you

I had a great experience at the Farnham branch. Martin was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions however minor they were.
He explained the whole process throughout the hearing test and was able to accommodate my narrow ear canal and small ears.
A good experience from start to finish.

Really good appointment. Martin was very professional and gave us lots of information but no hard sell. Very happy with the. hearing test and the helpful and friendly staff.

I have already done a review - I was impressed with my
experience . I am not impressed that you keep asking me to do another one.

The person I saw was extremely pro

Brilliant service every thing explained to me

Had to go to Boots in Farnham for hearing test. Looked after by a gentleman called Martin who was excellent. Extremely helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything brilliantly. He made a very stressful situation easy/comfortable to deal with.

This was a very thorough examination done with care and sensitivity. I was even asked if I suffered from claustrophobia before going into the cubicle. Martin managed to be friendly as well as professional which put me at ease. So important when this is a first experience.

Martin is a star
Helpful, very knowledgeable and with a very reassuring manner.

Martin was extremely polite and very helpful in explaining the hearing chart.
Obviously I was nervous as to the whole set up but he put me at my ease.

Martin Peterson-Brown the audiologist was very professional and provided me a good service from my first visit to fitting my hearing aids

A very helpful audiologist who knows his stuff.

Martin was so kind, helpful and patient. We couldn’t have had a better experience . Thank you

Good fast friendly and professional service

The experience was clear and precise about the use of the Phonak hearing aids being purchased.
Martin, gave a very good explanation about their use, and had a nice friendly way, so made me feel quite relaxed.

My visit was a positive experience.
Test were carried out with all the information I needed and results were explained to me.
No pressure to buy certain products just gave me all the facts

Very clear explanation of what my hearing was about, where I was not hearing and what I was, and a very none pushy attitude and time to consider and try.
