Jacob is absolutely excellent
Jacob is absolutely excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally good at his job. He is very patient, understanding and listens most carefully to any questions you may have. He makes sure that the customer is more than satisfied and I would not hesitate in highly recommending Boots Braehead Hearing Care.

Jacob was excellent
Jacob was excellent, very patient and explained the testing clearly. When trying hearing aids after the test again the various models were fully explained, and advantages of the top of the range model. Very satisfied with the service, would recommend Boots hearing care.

Hearing test was fully explained and then fitting of aids and trying out was also explained. Jacob was very patient and did not try to hurry me or pressurise me in anyway.

Unhappy customerI have had my hearing aids since…
I have had my hearing aids since 6/12/2022 and they have been returned 4 times because of faults on the left hearing aid also had to get the wires extended because they were to short . Then I had to go to the national office to get an appointment barehead branch because I could not get through to them so I had to make an appointment at braehead.
When I got there I told them that my hearing aid for my left ear was not working and I asked him to get me a new set as I have only worn them about 4 days
Now waiting for new set on 23/1/2023 although paid in full on the 06/12/2022
I strongly feel I should get some form of compensation for inconvenience that I have had to wait
