Efficient hearing test.
Very friendly staff and managed to get appointments extremely quickly. During the test everything was explained thoroughly so that I understood the issues with my hearing.

Professional, helpful, patient, excellent experience.
My appointment was at 2:00 and I was seen on time. Chris was very patient with me, extremely professional and helpful. His advice was tailored to my needs and so far I am extremely happy with my choice.

Excellent exam and service
Thorough exam, helpful information, and excellent fitting. Previously, I'd gone to the NHS - which is good - but this was a much better experience for me. There was more time spent explaining options and demonstrating how the hearing aids functioned.
