I recently had an hearing test appointment with Kenny Wilson at Boots Hearingcare in Hamilton and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and fully informed at each step of the process.
Kenny’s manner is friendly and reassuring, which instantly put me at ease. He showed genuine care and attention to my individual needs, ensuring that the solutions offered were right for me rather than just a standard approach. The service felt very personal and thorough.
It’s rare these days to find someone who combines expertise with such excellent customer care, but Kenny manages both effortlessly. I left my appointment feeling confident, supported, and very well looked after.

The hearing test was carried out very efficiently and I felt comfortable with it. The hearing aids were explained to me but if there is an issue the audiologist concentrated on the most expensive hearing aids which I was able to try. I chose a lesser aid because I felt I did not require some of the advantages the premium aids provided. No real information or advice was given on this.overall I am happy with the aids I chose to date

The sales assistant was remarkable
The sales assistant was remarkable, very knowledgeable and helpful couldn’t have asked for better , my overall experience was exceptional 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Boots hearing especially the sales assistant.
