Courteous, knowledgeable, professional...but it didn't quite add up to what was indicated was possible and to what I had anticipated . Having had NHS aids for some 4 years, I was well aware of the limitations that hearing aids pose.
So back to Boots and have agreed to return the present offering and go up one grade (the top one) and see if the very patient Rhiddi, can get the aids to do what the paperwork says it should.
Comfort wise, a great improvement on the NHS ones, so I live in hope that my life willbe enhanced without having to ask peopke to speak up, or what is worse, repeat themselves.
