Extremely Helpful
Nicola was extremely helpful, very patient, friendly and thoroughly explained any questions I had. She also explained how the testing would work, and presented my results accurately. I felt completely at ease and didn't feel at all anxious, which I normally do in health appointments due to having poor hearing. I would totally recommend using Boots for all hearingcare to anyone.

Fitting Appointment.
I have just returned home after my fitting appointment. Once again I have nothing but praise for the way the appointment went. A further appointment has been booked for approximately two weeks time. Everything went well today and, hopefully, these aids will be successful!

I was seen on time
I was seen on time, by a very pleasant lady. She spoke and explained everything so clearly and the whole experience from start to finish, cannot be improved in my opinion.
The premises too were spotlessly clean and pleasant. ❤️
